Confused about choosing right potency

Confused about choosing right potency

Posted by:

Hello,

I’m very new to homeopathy and I’m feeling a bit confused about choosing the right potency. I’ve read a lot about Lachesis Mutus and it seems to be a perfect constitutional remedy for me. There seems to be applications on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level with this remedy.
I’m not sure what potency i should be using. Should I take all the potencies, one at at time? What should I start with?
are there any books that list what potency to take for what symptom?

thanks for your help!

The potency should match the intensity of symptoms as well as your age, vitality and sensitivity to remedies and other things. It’s generally wise to put the remedy in water and start with a low potency…like 6c or LM1. If you are treating yourself you will need to know more about homeopathy, like what to do when you get symptoms after taking a remedy. I suggest you see a homeopath because taking your simillimum can be a bit complicated.
