Always remember it is better to be a thin person than an obese one. Do not take medicines to gain weight. Instead eat a good, balanced diet which is high in protein and exercise reguarly.     i also hav asimilar issue i am also not able to gain weight.but yes when i gain weight that is when i alter my diet according to your high protein mentioned but what i hav seen is it shoots up my androgenic hair growth all over the body and hair grows coarse and thicker what could be the possible solution for it?
    Androgen increase but since i am a male can i take anti androgen or how to halt down the hair growth ?
