I prove every medicine i take what can i do?

If I take more than one dose of a remedy within a month I start proving it.I have even tried watering it down to no avail.Could you please tell me how i can take remedies without proving them.Thanking you

That would depend on what scale and potencies you use. People often prove a remedy when it is not a good enough simillimum. So the first thing I would suggest is to ponder over the remedy selection. If you are using the ecntecimal scale, you could try switching to LM potencies. This might help you with it:
