Taking homeopathic medicine with herbs or conventional medicine

Posted by: Cindy Green

I recently heard that when on homeopathic medicine you should not take herb or conventional medicine also. Is this true?

Homeopathic remedies do not interfere with herbs or conventional medicine when used for acute conditions (self-home prescription).
However, it is important to understand that homeopathic remedies work by generating a healing response from the body, and that sometimes, if the body is too weak, or not allowed to have a natural response (due to conventional medicine), there is risk of aggravation or changes of symptoms. This is not life threatening but can be upsetting. or chronic issues, I advise to consult a professional so that he can assess how the body will respond to the homeopathic remedy, and reduce any risk of aggravation….
I hope this helps.
