Hello,

I am Danae from Greece and I’d like to know what should someone avoid under ignatia treatment like (cofee, tea, menthol, camphor etc), you see I like drinking black tea and I use face creams with menthol.

Thanking you for your kind help
Danae

Hello Danae,

What u have to avoid depends on what u r being treated for and what medicine u r being given. My experience has been that it’s not necessary to avoid such things for every patient, especially those articles which r part of ur routine diet and which u consume regularly. but for some people sensitive enough to these articles of diet etc, it is necessary to avoid them as some of these things can antidote
many homeopathic medicines.

Both coffee and tea are known as an antidotes for ignatia. U can continue to use the face cream if u like although it also has the potential to antidote many homeopathic medicines. But this is what the books say. My personal advice to u is that u should ask the person who is treating u about the things u need to avoid as this is also related to ur condition.
