please tell me treatment for dyshidrotic dermatitis in the palm as my daughter 18 years old she got this for the past 3 years we tried many medicines but failed but now she is on homeopathy treatment it is less now she is taking carcinocin 200 is this ok or do u prefer any other medicine please reply and tell me will it be cured completely please please help me
