Greetings from Hpathy!
You say your child is active, this is good. It may be that she is constitutionally small built with a not too good appetite. However, it would be advisable to see a good homoeopath in your area who will go into all details and then choose a suitable remedy for her. Such a remedy should be able to help in improving her appetite and consequent weight gain.
The homoeopath needs to know all possible characteristics – her mental, emotional and physical characteristics, her sleep habits, food likes and dislikes, past medical history, family history, even the mother’s state during pregnancy. It is important to ascertain why she was born with a low birth weight. Also check our weight gain calculator.
Good homoeopathy will certainly help your child.
Good luck!
