My remedy s Dulcamera
This is an interesting case, cause a lot of remedies came out in the repertorization, also for me there where a lot of common symptoms but in this case my first choice would be Sepia
A chronic case with annual seasonal allergies agg and ail from dampness with left ear pain nose stuffing and ithching of mucous membrane s of nostrils poses a lachesis picture
Stuck with spring agg and night agg and others to lach if not then go for others like rhustox as hot drinks amel
Since etiology is very characteristic , it all starting up from damp and cold conditions, I feel remedy should be Dulcamara. Moreover it has dry coryza , pruritis coming on with cold water and ear ache as well.
