| I saw this patient a few times for anxiety, vertigo
and headaches between 1995 and 2001. She received Pulsatilla and
Ignatia.
7/04/04 - Doctors found a melanoma under the left
calf involving two afferent ganglions.
There are many issues in her life. "My husband
suddenly lost his faith, my handicapped son has depression."
She thinks her family carries a curse, that they suffer from witchcraft.
'strange things have happened. On the 18th July
2002, somebody rings at the door… it was an
enormous buck, and I closed the door violently on him."
"My very large bitch, who was in very good health,
became ill in November 2001. She had a cancer. She died in February
2002. I loved her, she understood everything I said."
Nightmare in 1973; a large corridor with little green men.
On the combination of the little green men, the male goat at the
door, the dog who understands everything, I give without hesitating:
Sol-tub-ae 50 000
End April 2004, the tumour is removed. The surgeon said: "the
melanoma was in the process of disappearing. It was a regressing
melanoma. I foresee no further treatment."
The wound heals very well.
June 04
Her adoptive father dies. I give her Sol-tub-ae LM
September 04
I am told she is prescribed Lexomil (Bromazepam) by the surgeon.
I tell her to stop taking this medicine and give her Sol-tub-ae
100,000.
(PET scan January 2005, nothing abnormal detected)
She does well. When she suffers a fracture, she takes another dose
of the remedy. She has no further thoughts of witchcraft.

She was well until a fortnight ago. The psychiatrist hospitalised
her psychotic son. She rang the psychiatrist who told her : "bugger
off". "The psychiatrist told
me in all honesty that it is "annoying"
that there are only chemical treatments to solve people's
problems."

"I have been very well but I came to see you
again because I lack energy." (since family problems
concerning a will.)
She tries to be nice to her husband, hoping he will come back to
church with her. "It doesn"t
work, I don"t understand, but maybe there is
nothing to understand. We don"t talk. I like
exchanges. I don"t know anymore."
May be his problem is so personal that he cannot talk about
it? "He is very rational. I think there are things one
can never understand."
If I wish to view this response in the light of the nucleus
of this remedy, according to the IAEH, I understand why she considers
her husband's loss of faith to be due to a bewitchment.
She always says: "I am not sure, it is what I feel."
You have a sentimental faith, your husband cannot discuss his
doubts with you if he is a rational thinking person.
- "I wept more over my dog's
death than my stepfather's. He was mean to me.
In the eyes of my husband, a dog is a dog, a man is a man, even
if one doesn"t like the man."
- This may well mean he sees a hierarchy in creation, deep
inside he believes in a higher value of man.
- "My dog's love was pure,
it was sincere, it was fidelity. My husband does not know how to
weep, people who cannot weep annoy me. I prefer people who know
how to laugh or cry."
- There are people who see their animal as a person. This appears
to be your case.
"Yes, I really like animals. They do not judge you, they love
you. They have a special intelligence to console you. It is this
special attachment that feels so good."
Even though she does not get to the point of delirium, she is still
within the nucleus of Sol-tub-ae: the animal is intelligent and
she doesn"t understand the intellectual demands
of her husband.

She is sad because the hospital rang her to say she needed a new
scan.
I explain her that this is part of normal surveillance
"I came to see you because I needed consoling."
(The scan was normal, 07/11/05
Addendum (Edward de Beaukaler)
I had the pleasure of translating a few human cases that were
sent to me by Dr SML Fayeton. I then discovered that she uses dilutions
like 12000, 10300, 15000, 21000, 1001 and 12001.
It is unusual to come across these types of dilutions so I asked
her what they referred to. This is her response.
Much of my homeopathy technique is based on the study and teachings
of Dr A. Masi. He suggested that we use these "intermediate"
dilutions to approach the ideal dilution for the patient. A 1M,
10M or 50M dilution may be a good choice for the patient, but sometimes
the 1300, 10300 or 12000 is even better suited and will help the
patient to improve further.
After some experimenting, I found that the 12000, 15000 and
18000 are the ones that gave me the best results. To simplify the
work of my pharmacist I now restrict the use of these "new
dilutions" to these three. He makes them for me according to
the Korsakow method.
I have no set theory to decide what dilution to use. When a
patient is responding well to a remedy I will trial the different
dilutions to allow the remedy to do as much as possible of the work
it can achieve in this patient.
Of course the "1" (like 1001 and 10001 dilutions)
refer to the technique of plussing. Again here I have no fast rule
but If a response to one particular dilution was very satisfying,
plussing is often all that is needed to obtain further results.
