Arthritis is a condition in which there is inflammation of one and more joints. There are many form of arthritis but osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are the most common forms. Arthritis is frequently accompanied by pain, swelling and stiffness. People of all age group may suffer from this condition.
Types of arthritis
Osteoarthritis – type of arthritis in which cartilage loses its elasticity, and becomes stiff. Due to stiffness damage can occur easily and along with this ligaments and tendons become stretched causes painful condition.
Rheumatoid arthritis – rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease which involves multiple joints in a symmetrical pattern, leads to permanent destruction or deformity of the joints. Presence of rheumatoid factor confirms the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis

Kali carb – intense burning, stitching pain; backache along with great weakness and profuse sweating
Benzoic acid – it is an excellent remedy for arthritis especially for gout; wandering pains which change position suddenly
Oxalic acid – remedy for arthritis especially for left sided affections; violent pains in back down the thigh ameliorated by changing position
