jod-warts of 2 years, first started in left hand below index finger then spreading to thumb dorsal part of hand upper lip and left foot. Surface dry and rough without pain lt>rt side.  habit of nail biting and it becomes thick on lt side of hand.

physical generals

mouth-thirst less
whitish tongue, dry ,
teeth: extracted caries
stool-once, clear
urine-frequent urination

Mind

Dislikes to be alone, gets depressed, likes someone to be with him. He doesn’t like to work under anyone bossy. Won’t be dominated.  Interested in computers. He hated math.  Behaves like he knows everything. Talkative. Hobbies dancing, badminton, swimming. Hoarseness of voice due to over use. Angered easily at contradiction.  Close to his grandmother after her death. Became shocked for 2-3 months, then suddenly one day cried continuously. Fearless, daring.  Afraid of his father +++ who used to beat him without cause. Can’t push back at his father face to face.  Precocity+++    Happy when eating and traveling.
