What are the medicines to be given for the enlargement of penis and testicles?

Hello Saxena,
Before we try to enlarge anything, let us see what is the normal size of penis and testis.

So first you will have to decide whether the concerned person is normal or not. Usually the erect penile length varies from 4.5 to 6 inches in most healthy men. There can be a variety of reasons for small size of penis and testis. They may be small congenitally or they may reflect some hormonal disturbance. Also the following can shrink a relaxed penis by two inches or more: - cold weather, chilly baths or showers, sexual activity, exhaustion, excitement (non sexual), illness etc. The size of penis and testis usually increases most in the teen years and is static after that. If there is any medical reason for the apparent smallness of penis and testis, we can consider the following rubrics in homeopathy -

MALE GENITALIA/SEX - ATROPHY - Penis - 16 Medicines
MALE GENITALIA/SEX - ATROPHY - Testes - 20 Medicines
MALE GENITALIA/SEX - ATROPHY - Testes - sexual excesses, after - 1 Medicine
MALE GENITALIA/SEX - SHRIVELED - 6 Medicines

If a person wants to enlarge his tools for cosmetic reasons, homeopathy is not the way to go! Such people usually believe that size matters. Actually it is not true. One can play beautiful music even with a small flute.
