In this world of competition every parent expects their child should earn money and fame. They expect that their child should do much more in life and they have “extraordinary expectations” of the child. The Carcinosinum person evolves from this situation.

Here, parents do not care whether their child is has the ability to achieve, compete, etc. Out of selfish motives to gain esteem in society, they expect the child should complete their wishes and please them at any cost! Mania- irresistible motive for a belief or action i.e. it is a passion.
