I was asked if homeopathy has any remedies for painless (so basically symptom-free ) tooth cavities--do you know of any treatment except "constitutional"?--

but once I read that xylitol gum actually reduced the number of cavities. Anyone heard of it (or any other treatment)?

The Dental Prescriber by Dr. Colin B. Lessell, published by The British Homoeopathic Association in London. (There is no ISBN number mentioned in the booklet)
