SinusWars - Homeopathic remedy

I think it`s not allowed here to mention remedies just like that without knowing more details. A good friend of mine was rebuked for this here the other day, even twice !

E.g. Are the nasal polyps bleeding ? (Sang.or Phos.?) (Sang.= + sick headache/ Phos.= bleeding easily when blowing the nose)

Is perhaps Calc.carb. indicated  or Lemna minor (=head remedy !!)?

Are the polyps covering the nostrils with stoppage of the nose on the side lain on ? (Teucrium)

Nasal polyp left side ? (Alumen ?)

Or Thuja for polyps with nasal sinusitus + bad smell, loss of smell, thin greenish discharge ?

Or Cadmium sul. with sense of tightness at the root of the nose ?

Or Psorinum for chronic post-nasal drip, esp in chilly patients or who tend to be chilly

Or Pulsatilla with plentiful catarrh ?
