My suggestion is to assign duties of members to reply / start threads in their appropriate sections.

There are so many sections at hpathy forum, my suggestion is to make an appointment like "incharge of the section" of a forum.

You see, my two threads at feedback forum are still placed unattended. Who is the incharge of this section and who is responsible to reply on such queries. Everybody (hpathy team member) is thinking that other will give the response. or responsibles are thinking we do not want to discuss on that topic with a specific member. A professional approach in such queries is to acknowledge the post by the responsible authorities who take decissions in such type of issues.

You may come at forum and says "Your point is taken and under consideration when the decision will be made you will informed accordingly" This mostly satisfies the title initiator. If no body give response on these type of threads then actually this represent poor display or mismangement. In order to overcome this deficiency, you can make incharge of the forums. Just like at otherhealth you can see different names infront of each forum. These poeple are responsible to give feed back to their members and also to start different topics for general discussion. These members or responsible personalities who also take part in other forum discussion just like we see at www.forum.nchpakistan.com forum.

What I want to suggest is to improve the standard. Each post must be given response. This can be done by appointing / assigning duties. Incharge / moderator would be responsible to run the forum. His duties would be to inform the members about the latest incidents happening all around the world on homeopathy daily. Their email address should be available so that members can post their reports to incharge of the section. In the same way, an expert on alternative therapies would be responsible to run the forum and requests more and more members / colleagues to get registration at hpathy forum and share their views. An expert of veterinary filed like William may be requested to become moderator / incharge of the section.

In this way, hpathy team members will feel more responsibilities. It is also an honour to become incharge / moderator / caretaker of the section.

Rozan.....most homeopaths don`t want want to be moderator of one or more forums because they are already very busy in their practices, doing some/much posting on different forums and/or doing voluntary work etc. If I wasn`t (partly) retired I would most likely not work on any forum at all !

That`s why I highly appreciate Sigi`s several posts to answer one or two people (only !) from Pakistan who are not satisfied with the way this forum works, although it may be wasting too much time, because these people are always complaining and their actual contributions to this forum are really very poor !

Well.....so be it.....but obviously they are the only (few) ones since I read no other complaints made by other members here in other posts ! Isn`t that remarkable ?

So perhaps it would be wiser to spend our precious time on actual homeopathy now !

Dear Rozan

Sorry i must agree with wim.

Many homeopaths (including myself) try and comment  as often as possible, but time restraints causing  verry short and incomplete replies, Not all homeopaths are retired (i am not, taking appointments all day) Most often we pick the most important post and try to make a difference with a suggestion,comment,discussion..............but all verry limited in time. As the first and most important are our  own patients. Some patients  present verry complicated cases here on this discussion forum and expect a reply right away "please tell me what remedy to take".........................To do a full casetaking takes a tremendous amount of time,hours............Clear "RULES" have been posted by  this forum as to the purpose of  posting, yet no one reads this. If they did it would be known that it is not a forum for free prescriptions,or do it yourself 'try this try that'.......................

Regards wim,he has always donated lenthy periods of time out of his day to reply more than any other homeopath here. (i do most of my replies early morning or late in the eve (before and or after my appointments come in for the day).Feel free to jump in rozan.Your comments are always welcome.
