Hi, here is my analysis of the personality of your cat from your description. After I read that, I dont see your cat beeing Hyos !
The things I told you about Hyos dont match this cat, specially because I see no sexual drive in this cat (at least you did not mentoon it)

----------------------------------------
"The only thing he wants in the WORLD is to go outside"
Thats the main problem actually, you keep the cat against the nature inside and imprison.

- he is jealous (lack of self confidence ? lack of love in the past ?)
- and terrorial ( could be either possesive by nature or fear of loosing what it has) - Sulfur
- vocalizes a lot ( complaining loud, critisiing ) - Sulfur
- urinate outside and everywhere (he protests because you dont let him out when he wants, he was used to be outside, then he will
urge all his life to be outside) - Sulfur, is usually a protester

- love/hate relationship with the 2 younger cats (he hates them, althouh they love him. He could be unsatisfied with his life, that's
why mybe he doesnt like them. Prefers cats or people same with him - many remedies. Sulfur too)
 - He is clearly losing weight (could be any remedy)
 - constant accumulation of eye discharge (many remedies, Sulfur 2nd grade)
 - he'll rarely drink from the communal water dish, but would rather drink out of your cup, or try to
get water out of a faucet or a puddle in the shower. (picky about food /water or doesnt like rules)
- He doesn't really like to play the way other cats do. ( he wants freedom,he wants out myabe he was used with the freedom)
-He LOVES humans. Any human that comes into the house he will instantly run up to
for attention. This of course makes him sulk.
- He tries to be the alpha -cat, but doesnt manage...he bullies the two
younger ones, but Bluto-the other male-will antagonize him by flopping next to
him and sort of rollign around, which INFURIATES him for some reason.
- Even then (when I am angry with him) he seems to be willfully disobedient.
- If he's yowlign at the door and you yell "VIGGO!" he
will quite literally turn around and do the cat version of "WHAT?!?!?!"
- He still insists on randomly urinating by my desk and in the closet.
- I've only taken him to the vet once, for tapeworms 3 years ago.
----------------------------------------------------------------

I see the problem of your cat in the imprisoment he lives in. So he is forced to do things he doesnt want and he is not used to
before (be closed in a house).
This lead to protest, unsatisfaction and beeing not friendly with the other cats.
Therefore he is willfully disobedient and protesting, urinating, yawling loud, showing no respect to
the authorities (you) (Sulfur) but in the same time not having the personality or authority to be the master of the other cats either.
He is not the natural ruler or macho, nor he wants to be, but he would like to be (Sulfur among other)
He seems to be curious and open minded but in the same critical and complaining (a lot Sulfur), jealous (any remedy) and bored.
(Sulfur needs all the time smth new to do and freedom, otherwise he woul get sick)
He is not nasty by nature, nor violent, bus he is dissobenient and doesnt like rules (he drinks water from other places then he should, Sulfur too).
He will instantly run up to for attention of humans.(curiosity or needs of affection, any remedy, but Sulfur too)

This all sounds to me like Sulfur.
Calcarea is the main remedy for Tapeworms, which cures the disposition to it, but for reccurent infections
with Tapeworms, Nat-m and Sulfur are the only remedies !
The eye discharge has Sulfur in the 2nd grade too.

I guess you should try Sulfur and let the cat get out when he wants to, otherwise you will never have peace with him ! With Sulfur nothing can go wrong either... anything /anybody needs some Sulfur. (specially cats who eats industrial cat-food)

You could try the paper version of Sulfur 1M or 200 first.  :-)

If anybody sees another remedy coming out from this description...please.. I cant imagine smth else right now and I might be completly wrong...

Ha ha. what are the odds that cat and owner are both sulphur? My girlfriend does always say that we are twins...

I'm not keen on the idea of such a high potency for him though, esp. not to start.

If i try the paper remedy again but use a plastic cup instead of plastic bottle, how woul di succuss? stirring?

You cover the cup with smth (hand) and you hit it against your other palm or against a towel on a table.

C200 is not too much for a cat...

Well, I gave him Sulphur 6C (the regular version, in water, diluted to the 24th cup) once and it MAY have made him a bit more affectionate (if you can imagine such a thing). So im going to try paper sulphur 200c today and see what happens.
