  • Dear Editors,

I noticed that in some of topics, in place of actual writer’s description – Firuzi Mehta’s description has been written by mistake. Pls correct them.

I liked all topics of this issue very much.

Thanks to Dr. Manish Bhatia and Hpathy team for their selfless service towards humans, animals and plants homeopathically.

  • Tips and Secrets, based on practical experiences of homoeo experts in their practice, given in every issue, is extremely useful for other practitioners as a guidance. Thanks a lot for this column.

  • Dr. Navab’s article on the growth and development of Homeopathy in India is wonderful. To-day India is the only large country where Homeopathy enjoys recognition by the Government as well as by the people. In Europe and America it exists only as an alternative medicine to be tried by those who get disgruntled with Allopathy in some way; whereas in India it is undoubtedly the first choice of medicine by millions of people. India, today, is undoubtedly the leader in production and consumption of Homeopathic remedies. Practitioners of Homeopathy are also held in great esteem by the people as well as by the Government. There may be a record number of recognized Homeopathic colleges in India producing well trained doctors. The scope of growth and popularity of Homeopathy in India is immense . Dr. Bhatia and his dedicated team is doing a commendable job in this direction.

  • Dear sir,
It is a fact that Homeopathic tratment is quite popular in India, but mostly for wrong reasons like low cost, non-availability of alternatives, extreme povery etc. It is yet to be accepted as a scientific system of medicine in the West due to widely subjective prescription and chaotic use of dosage and potencies. In fact there is no scientific system on use of dose and potency. Some doctors favour frequent repetitions and very high potencies while some are strictly classical in repetition and sparing in use of high potencies. Ironically both claim credit for curing patients but without any stastical data of cure and failures. Someone should evolve scientific system of use of dose and potencies on which doctors pay no heed to laid down instruction in authentic books.
