How to interpret the rubric for patient who gives very detailed explanation about everything like ( “got up… then I did this… then this happened …) over detailing. Can this be taken as communicative expansive.

Communicative expansive
Loquacity – if a person talks a lot and often jumps from topic to topic. Unrestrained talking.
Communicative, expansive
– used in two situations
1. A person talks a lot because of her friendly, efferent, effusive nature.
2. A person talks a lot out of sense of increased self-worth, to show superiority.
But this second rubric is still incomplete.

I think you should ask more details about this bad feeling of the patient: is she affraid because she doesn’t have money anymore (affraid of poverty?); does she feel that her daughter does not deserve the money, etc. Let her explain in more details her feelings.
