Operation of Curing: requires
that a physician...
I. ascertains what is to be cured
He should know how to percieve and form the TOTALITY of disease
[Aph 7].
Hence understand what is disease, how it is expressed in different
ways as this indicates the appropriate homeopathic management.
II. have a knowledge of pathogenetic powers of the medicines
He should study the characteristics of remedies that have been appropriately
proved on human beings [Aph
105,106]. Understanding characteristics of remedies helps make
them applicable to clinical disease.
III. uses the most suitable method of cure
He should follow the natural Law of Cure, which is the Law of Similars
[Aph 26, 28].
This also includes understanding the similarity of the remedy at
the miasmatic expression of disease, and the resolution of disease
in reverse order of appearing symptoms. For a remedy to be truly
curative, all these conditions have to be met.
