I use Miasmatic prescription very often. in the first case taking it self i fix the miasmatic remedy on the Symptom totality and family and personal history. (not on the basis of Diagnosis). If the indicated remedy fails to produce the expected result i dont hesitate to use the Miasmatic remedy. some times, some nosodes will come up in the first case taking it self, then i ll start the case with the nisode which is anti miasmatic.

Miasmatic analysis,I dont do separately.Miasm becomes part of totality .Just symptoms totality with out taking miasmatic backing is just may be suficient to palliate.Symptoms start relapsing.Then one has to go to consider miasmatic obstuction and select remedy. Miasm is just a TENDENCY.eVERY TOTALITY HAS 2 COMPONENTS,-- Manifesting Symptoms and Tendency to get those symptoms.Remedy should cover both. Then only lasting CURE is posible,

I use miasm to analyse every case as miasms in modern terms represents immune reactions ie your basic defense mechanisms.it is how your mind and body react to a stimulus.
