i think new remedies should be proved in aii -low,medium,&high potencies ,what our previous homoeopaths has done because we see in practise that some of the remedies r efecive in low &medium potencies also but if newer remedies would be proved only in higher potencies then IF THERE IS INDICATION OF LOW OR MEDIUM POTENCIES IN CLINICAL PRACTISE WE CAN'T PRESCRIBE e.g. if the case want ignatia 200 if our previous homoeopath had only proved in higher potencies then how can we prescribe? moreover INJUDICIOULY USE OF HIGHER POTENCIES IS VERY HARMFUL &proving only in higher potencies limits our field of prisription &probably hinder individualisation

Can't say.It depends on the sensitivity of the prover towards the remedy.Different people react differently.The more sensitive the prover,   the more symptoms will be manifested.

No, I do no think that the homoeopathic drug provings done ONLY with potencies beyond Avogadro's limit are reliable. The reason is evident in your statement above. For a drug proving to be complete [from what I remember having read, in my student days],it has to be proved from the lowest to the highest potencies. Only then can we know all the actions of that particular drug, and also, what to expect, when the same drug is administered in a suffering individual. To answer your question regarding the reliability ofprovings done above 30CH, what I feel is, the proving will not be complete - like so many rare remedies, which are used, based on a few clinical verifications. The other question cannot be answered with the same confidence, for, I am not familiar with the 'potency protocol'. The only suggestion is, proving should not be taken as an experimentation, but, rather, as a sincere effort to find drugs that can be useful to ailing individuals. Homoeopathy has definitely a long way to go, to convince the scientific community of it's effectiveness in the treatment of sick. That does not mean that we should take it as a challenge and try and do the impossible - like proving as many drugs, that too strange substances [read that chocolate, allopathic drugs etc. are being proved;] nothing against it; just that, when so many existing drugs are not proved fully, isn't it better to complete the existing Materia Medica, before trying to increase it's volume? Also, maintaining proper clinical case records, following up the cases, investigation-wise, conducting discussion groups, to get a better idea about case management, have to be given more importance; for, they can help us attain more credibility among the scientific community, than proving more drugs. Of course, our existing Materia Medica may not be enough to treat all the cases that we come across in our clinic. But, once we have thoroughly utilised the proved drugs, we will have a better knowledge in dealing with the proving of new drugs. THis is only my opinion, voiced, since it was asked. Sir,         I am very glad to know this good point of view                 The provings of remedies that we still use In                 High poetncies like 1000,10000,But I like to                 Use these poetencies in high doses for         Proving.But recently there has been a trend           to prove remedies in low potencies.                                     It is my opinion that in high poetencies is           Better than in low poetncies.                                   Yours sincerely ,                         Dr.Khalidjammi

I feel that the sheer number of people who had similar experiences led to my decision. Also in my experience of homoeopathy the higher potencies have worked very well. Homoeopathy after all is vibrational medecine and does not only work on the physical plane. I use herbs, acupncture, Alexander Technique (body alignment) and food.

any remedy prooved at 30 -and not lower- should have separate and independent proving reports for 200 CH AND SEPARATELY for M potency ,too. Such provings should be provided by different ,independent teams and provers not knowing eachother,better from different continents-at least 10 different teams for each potency of the same remedy. evreything should be sent to the admin of this site ,for instance and made e-public simultaneously for all the team's results and conclusions
