Italy – Assault On Health Choice
President Paolo Gentiloni and Minister of Health Beatrice Lorenzin, decreed that vaccinations may only be refused if one can medically document a health condition. Some remedies in Uterine Displacement
Natrum mur. – Uterine Prolapsus, pushing towards the genitals every morning. She has to sit down to prevent prolapsus. Awakens every morning with a violent headache. Itching of external parts and falling off of the hair. Imagines there are robbers in the house at night, and it must be searched to quiet her.
Ferrum met. – Weak anemic women with fiery red faces. More especially ante- and retroversion.
Nux v. – A royal remedy for uterine deviations, arising from lifting or straining. Aggr from walking and standing. Dyspepsia, constipation and piles. Urinates frequently and but little at a time. Headache and backache. She wakes at 3 a. m. and can’t get to sleep again. (A careful choice must often be made between Lyc. and Nux. v. )
Lycopodium – Especially retroversion. Flatulent dyspepsia and constipation. Terrific pain in the back previous to micturition, with relief as the very hot urine flows. Red sand in the urine. Cutting across the hypogastrium from right to left.

Causticum and Sulphur –There are no two remedies that are oftener indicated after each other, and work as well when so indicated, as Causticum and Sulphur.
Platina – In Platina the pains increase gradually and as gradually decrease. The pains are attended with numbness of the parts.
Apis – A very important Apis symptom is tenderness or sensitiveness to touch as if bruised. This is particularly true in the abdominal, uterine, and ovarian regions, but not confined here, for we may find the whole surface of the body exceedingly sensitive to touch. Even the hair seems sore (China ). This condition is often found in cerebro-spinal meningitis and is a strong indication for Apis.
Emaciation – In Sarsaparilla the neck emaciates and skin (in general) lies in folds. Natrum mur and Lycopodium emaciate from above downwards. Abrotanum from below upwards.
Suppressed Case – I remember a bad case of inflammatory rheumatism, which had been treated by an eclectic physician with local applications until the disease had been driven to the heart, which I quickly relieved by China, being led to its choice by the every-other-day aggravation of the symptoms. Of course, there were other indications for the remedy, but this was the key that helped to unlock the case.

Some Remedies in Alcoholism
Nux Vomica
Nux Vomica corresponds to delirium tremens, where every little noise frightens and the victim finds no rest in any place, springs up at night and has frightful visions. It is a remedy to be given while the patient is still under the influence of liquor.
Hyoscyamus When delirium tremens occurs this is usually one of the first remedies indicated. The delirium is constant and loquacious, rarely inflammatory enough for Belladonna or maniacal enough for Stramonium. The visions are those of persecution, are terrifying, and the patient makes efforts to escape. Constant insomnia is an excellent indication.
Opium This a remedy indicated in those who have had the delirium tremens over and over again. There is a constant expression of fright or terror, they have visions of animals springing up everywhere, they see ghosts, the breathing is stertorous.
Lachesis
Lachesis has visions of snakes and hideous objects. It has a choking sensation in the throat which awakens him suddenly from sleep.
Stramonium
Stramonium has visions of animals coming at him he tries to escape. The face is bright red, not dark red as in Opium.
Arsenic
Arsenic has visions of ghosts, with great weakness. Diseases from overuse of alcohol. Nervous weakness.
Belladonna has visions of rats, mice, etc. Belladonna is easily distinguished from Opium.
Calcarea carbonicum comes in as a last resort after Belladonna and Stramonium have ceased to do good.
Aconite has worked well in the acute mania of delirium tremens, with the same desire to escape found under Belladonna.
Ranunculus bulbosus
Ranunculus b. given in the tincture has been found to be most calming in attacks of delirium tremens. It is one of our best remedies in acute alcoholism.
Cimicifuga
Cimicifuga is useful in cases that are mentally depressed and tremor is a prominent symptom. The delirium is mild and the hallucinations relate to small objects. There is persistent sleeplessness and physical restlessness.
Sulphuric acid
Sulphuric Acid is the remedy for chronic alcoholism. It corresponds to inebriates on their last legs are pale, shriveled and cold, whose stomach will not tolerate the slightest amount of food. They cannot drink water unless it be well whiskied. They are quick and hasty in everything, and have a great craving for brandy. It suits the sour breath and vomiting of alcoholic dyspepsia.
Capsicum
Capsicum in ten drop doses of the tincture will stop the morning vomiting, sinking at the pit of the stomach and intense craving for alcohol in dipsomania, and promote the appetite. It reduces the agitation and tremor and induces calm sleep.

Caulophyllum – One of our best remedies to arrest the abortive process. Severe pain in back and loins with great want of uterine tonicity. Feeble uterine contractions and very slight hemorrhage.
Abortion from shocks, falls, concussions : Arnica, Cinnamomum., Conium., Rhus tox.
Sabina – Abortion at the third month, violent forcing or dragging pain extending from the back through to the pubes. Profuse bright red or dark fluid and clotted discharge. Haemorrhage predominates.
Abortion from fright: Aconitum, Gelsemium, Opium,
Threatened Septicaemia after abortion: Arnica, Arsenicum, Baptisia.
Viburnum is our best remedy for threatened miscarriage with great nervous excitement and palpitation of the heart.
Nux moschata – Obstinate, long continued flooding after abortion. Hysterical women disposed to fainting attacks
Pulsatilla – Flowing is intermittent (also Kreas.) Black blood passed with labor pains : the pains and haemorrhage alternate. Pain predominates.
Ustilago
Ustilago has passive long continued haemorrhage after abortion. Huge clots or lumps of blood. Bearing down pains and profuse flow, either dark or bright, and almost always clotted. A very valuable and too often neglected remedy in which haemorrhage predominates.
