Aortic Regurgitation

Aortic Regurgitation

Posted by: MANOj JAIN

Sir, My son aged 15 yrs was operated for VSD.Hole has been closed. Before surgery AR was mild grade II but after surgery it has become very slight. Surgeons say it is not worth worrying. Is there any remedy in Homeopathy to strengthen the valve to reduce the leakage further.

If the VSD was surgically corrected and there is mild aortic regurgitation without symptoms, this may not need any further treatment. If the AR becomes worse or symptoms develop there are remedies which may help the valvular problem. Remedies such as cactus, crategus, naja, dig, stroph, lycopus etc. have an effect on the valves. An experienced homeopath would have to decide which one was appropriate.
