Melanie Grimes writes on health and wellness. She is a writer, screenwriter, journal editor, and adjunct faculty member at Bastyr University and the American Medical College of Homeopathy. She edits the homeopathic journal, Simillimum for the Homeopathic Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is the author of “Dr. John Bastyr: Philosophy and Practice.” She has been a medical editor for 15 years, won awards as a screenwriter, taught creative writing, and authored medical textbooks. Melanie is also a homeopath and “health stylist” helping create healthy homes and bodies. She writes on nutrition, food as medicine, healthy lifestyle, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine, and reports on updates on research on functional medicine, alternative medicine and complementary medicine.
