Oliver Dowding

Oliver Dowding converted his Somerset dairy and arable farm to organic status, starting in 1989, completed in 1992. This was used as the subject for a TV programme. He had two herds (later merged into one) totaling 300 dairy cows and 200 offspring for replacements. The dairy animals were sold in 2004, and since then Oliver has been a keen advocate for the significant potential of integrating homoeopathy into livestock farmer"™s welfare plans.
Oliver has been and continues to be involved with a variety of agri-political posts and interests, seeking to deliver a better environment in which to live and farm. He has appeared regularly in various media on a range of issues. Oliver is also directly involved in the health arena.
