Master Case Taking with the Masters Course

A Mrs. Rosie O’Donnell from Fort Lynn, New Jersey Writes…

Try and guess what homeopathic remedy Rosie needed!

Mom, it’s time for the quiz again!

Again?  Already????  Where does the time go?  OK, let’s get started!

I have my usual important announcements to make first.

Riiiiight……  Will they be at all relevant or will anyone care this time?

Aren’t they always relevant?  This month is the 20th anniversary of “South Park”.

(I guess not.)

But we should get the Death Report out of the way first.

Oh dear.  Is this going to be sad?

Probably for you, Mom.

Uh-oh!  Who is it?

Brace yourself; it’s Rocky The Flying Squirrel.

Oh no!

OK, for the sake of our readers, I have to explain that June Foray

the voice actor who played a number of beloved cartoon characters, including Rocky the Flying Squirrel, Natasha Fatale…

Natasha died too????  OMG!!!!

And Nell Fenwick…

Oh no, not Nell Fenwick!!!

died today at the age of 99.  I guess it was her time.

Shana, at 99, it would be anyone’s time!  Find me a clip of Rocky and Bullwinkle, please.

Here Mom, and try not to get too emotional!

I’ll try but I ain’t promisin’ nothin’!

Also dead this month at the age of 81, singer/songwriter Glen Campbell.

We both have the same birthday (April 22nd).  Here is James Taylor…

What?????

…singing one of Glen Campbell’s songs.

Excuse me!  Pardon me…but….  shouldn’t Glen Campbell be singing one of Glen Campbell’s songs?  You know, the deceased?????

I’ve never actually heard Glen Campbell sing anything.

Well, it’s about time then.  Here is Glen Campbell singing one of my favorites by him, “Southern Nights”:

I was going to talk about Steve Whitmire getting fired from the Muppets….

Shana, don’t look now, but, no one cares!

For your information, Mom, Muppets fans care deeply about this!  And so does Kermit The Frog!

Can we start the Quiz now?

Ok, real quick getting back to the 20th anniversary of “South Park”….

Shana, it’s going to have to wait, we’re running out of time!

But what about Al Gore’s new movie?  And Justin Trudeau?

Did you say Justin Trudeau?  The Prime Minister of Canada?  What about him?

Isn’t he cute?

OK, we’ve hit an all-time low!

And now for the one and only…

 Hpathy Quiz!

Here we have… um…we need a fictitious name please!

Roseann Rosannadanna!

Mom, there’s already a fictitious person named Roseann Rosannadanna!

No, Shana; you’re thinking of Rosanne Rosannadanna.  This is Roseann Rosannadanna!  Do you see the difference?

No.

Ahem:

A Mr. Richard Fedder from Fort Lynn, New Jersey writes: Dear Roseann Rosannadanna….

Mom!  You’re stealing Gilda Radner’s character from “Saturday Night Live”!

Is there something wrong with that?  I mean, no!  I’m not!  Gilda Radner’s character is from Fort Lee, NJ; my patient is from Fort Lynn, NJ!

Here, call her Rosie!  (No relation to Rosie O’Donnell).

Well, if it will make you feel better…. A Mrs. Rosie O’Donnell from Fort Lynn, New Jersey writes….

Mom!  No, it can’t be Rosie O’Donnell!

Fine, then I’ll change it to Rosy O’Donnell!

Good grief!!!!

Dear Elaine,

It’s a bit after 3 a.m. and I’ve been awake since 2 a.m.  I tried Kali
carb a little after 2 and that didn’t help. I plussed the bottle a
little while later, and that didn’t help either.  I didn’t sleep well
Saturday night—I had a restless night without being aware of long
periods of being awake.

Yesterday I was easily tearful or felt like crying and anxious all
day.

In addition to feeling weepy and anxious, I’ve had a really hard time
concentrating and finding words and remembering things or names.  I
feel as though there’s a lot of static in my brain.  I’ve had a hard time getting even simple
things (like watering my little garden) done.  I’m feeling pretty
useless and frustrated with myself.

The past few days I’ve started noticing an aversion to cheese.
I’m also getting sharp stabbing pains in my left breast (upper outside
part) occasionally (every day or two and just briefly). My upper back
and shoulders are aching. I’ve been picking at and peeling off my
fingernails and I seem to be developing a lot of hangnails. I also
haven’t been as “regular” the past few days; usually I have a large BM
sometime in the morning after breakfast, but I’ve been having all
sizes of BMs at any time of the day (still usually just one a day,
though). My belly’s sticking out more than usual, although I don’t
feel particularly gassy. I’ve also been having pains in the upper left
quadrant of my abdomen off and on, usually after lunch.

I hope this is reasonably coherent. Except for the cheese aversion,
most of the symptoms I’ve listed are ones I’ve experienced at some
point in my life (although I may not have remembered them before).

Here are some more symptoms from the last couple of days:

I’ve been feeling cold, which is weird given that I must still be
hyperthyroid (I only reduced the dose about
2 weeks ago). My feet are cool to the touch, even under warm covers.

I’ve had intermittent stitching pain in the rib area on the R side and
the liver area is dully sore.

Loud sounds are jarring

I had a brief experience of tinnitus this morning—medium pitched
continuous tone in left ear, a high pitched staticky tinnitus in right
ear
later (not overlapping).

Clumsy—dropping things, tripped over a clump of grass in the back yard
today and fell down (hurt my R knee, took
Arnica and the knee’s hardly hurting at all now.

That’s all I can think of at the moment.

Well Mrs. Rosy O’Donnell from Fort Lynn, New Jersey, you sound like a really attractive gal!  But OK, you should try a dose of ______________30C

In a message dated 8/7/2017 8:44:26 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, ****@gmail.com writes:

Elaine, I definitely feel better from the ________________30C —no longer teary or depressed.  I’m tired, though.  I’m not cold anymore; the stitching pain is gone.  I still have that high-pitched staticky tinnitus, although it’s much milder now (while I’m watching TV, I don’t notice it at all). I am still very mildly sore in the liver region.  I’m not forgetful anymore.
