There are many anxiety disorders

 

A 24 year old man was suffering from anxiety [1] neurosis. He had taken allopathic treatment without much improvement.

Chief complaints –Non specific chest pain since four months which started after his mother’s bypass heart surgery.

Case History :

 

Thirstless
Perspiration –”when frightened I perspire very much”
Appetite lost since four months
Weight lost since four months

No major past illness

Weight – 45kg

Blood pressure – 122/ 78 mmhg

Respiratory rate – 17/minute

Pulse – 72/minute

CNS – NAD

CVS – NAD

RS – NAD

ECG & echo – Normal

OCD

Bipolar Disorder

 

 

Because of exciting cause, intensity of anxiety, characteristic mental

Symptoms and panic state of patient indicate higher potency.
