Background: Type 1 (formerly Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus) is usually juvenile onset but may occur at any age. It occurs when the body’s own immune system destroys the insulin-producing cells of the pancreas (called beta cells). Normally, the body’s immune system fights off foreign invaders like viruses or bacteria. But for unknown reasons, in people with type 1 diabetes (Homeopathy Treatment for Type 1 Diabetes), the immune system attacks various cells in the body. This usually results in a complete deficiency of insulin. Patients always need Insulin and are prone to ketoacidosis and weight loss. It is associated with other auto immune disease (> 90% carry HLADR 3 and/or DR4).
Case Analysis
A.R., a girl aged 6 was visited because of diabetes type 1 on Dec.19th 2012. She was referred by Dr. M.H.E. an anesthesiologist and homeopath from Germany. She was affected by the condition with urinary frequency and polydipsia since Oct. 27th 2010. Her last FBS was 324 mg/dl, before her appointment , due to taking chocolate cake the night before. Her HgbA1c was 8.
Her Urinalysis test showed 3+ Glucose and 2+ Ketones. She took 6 units of Lantus Insulin bd, and 3-4 units of regular Insulin in the morning and 2-3 units regular in the evening, a total of 17-19 units per day.
Her mother said that A.R. is a calm girl who communicates with them easily at home, however she is rather cautious with others. She is very sensitive and kind, prefers company. She draws women with various colours. She also draws a heart. “I would like her to be more social. She competes badly with her friends. She is not dictatorial and very much follows me.She likes ice cream, prefers cold water.” She weighs 20 kg and is 109 cm high.
“She takes cold twice a year, has nasal bleeding 2-3 times a year. She suffers anxiety and constipation.”

Phosphorus 6x was selected and prescribed for her. She took her remedy at home. I also prescribed PLC in liquid to be taken daily.
I called up her mother after about two months on Feb.11th 2013. Her numbers were between 180-200. The mother was pleased with her condition. She believed the child’s behaviour had changed remarkably to the point of a miracle. Phosphorus6x was sent to Kashan to be repeated after about 60 days.
Her inner calmness and energy had increased and the numbers were 80, 90 and 100 in the mornings in the 3rd follow-up call. Her HgA1c lowered to 7 on Aug. 30 2013. Other blood tests were normal. Her mother said that her behavioral problems had solved by 70-80%. Phosphorus 30c was sent to Kashan to be taken on Aug.26 2013.
Conclusion: Diabetes type 1 is considered an endocrine disorder totally dependent on conventional medicine using insulin because of beta cell destruction by auto antibodies. The patient in this case loves artificial sweets that caused high numbers of FBS and random BS. The homeopathic remedy Phosphorus helped her pancreas remarkably because she got much better and showed normal numbers in spite of taking artificial sweets. Her HgA1c decreased from 8 to 7, as well. Her behaviour changed and became almost normal. Randomized Clinical trials are suggested to show the efficacy of homeopathic remedies in patients with type 1 diabetes.
A.R. was taking 6 units of Lantus Insulin bd, and 3-4 units of regular Insulin in the morning and 2-3 units regular in the evening, a total of 17-19 units per day.
My query: was there any change in the intake of insulin (since there was reduction in FBS value) after taking Phosphorus?

Namaskar. Yes the patient’s need to Insulin
decreased, too. I recommended the parents when the numbers decrease to less than 90 mg/dl, they can reduce the Insulin by a simple formula that our Conventional Medicine colleagues do as well.
Decreasing half a unit of Insulin for each 10 mg/dl decrease of FBS. For example when the parents check A.R.’s FBS and see that it is 70 mg/dl they reduce her morning dose of Insulin by one unit.
I have also other type 1 patients who show promising results. The sooner the parents take their dear children to me for taking homeopathic remedies and using this method of healing the better results they get.

Till now, 4/21/2023 I have seen more than 15 type 1 diabetic patients, mainly juvenile but some of them in older ages.
I was supposed to take part in an International CAM Medicine confenernce in Zurich, Switzerland in 2020. It was cancelled due to covid19 pandemic situation. Anyway, 15 type 1 diabetic patients out of 169 diabetics have been reported as follows:
12 type 1 diabetics i.e. 80% of 15 patients showed better numbers of FBS or FPG and A1C plus more inner calmness and better behavior under my healing procedure for them.
One type 1 married man aged 37 experienced complete cure of his diabetic foot, with his constitutional remedy.

I am have been working on several patients with type 1 diabetes during the last 4 years.
I hope to reach the goal of healing type 1 diabetics completely but it needs more work and more time and energy and international support to work in a larger scale to show the efficacy of homeopathic remedies in these patients.
The patients’ parents I visit are recommended to continue their children’ Insulin under treatment of their endocrinologists.

Dr. I am also the patient diabetes I since 1985. My father was also having diabetes. He died in 1960. When I was transferred to Head office in 85 I was in stressed and overworked . One of my relative’s son of 04 year is hospitalize for diabetes type 1 . Same as your previous case he was also affected by the condition with urinary frequency since two weeks. When his parents took him to their family doctor. They check his blood and the report was shocking. His FBS was 250mg/dl. Doctor directly ask them to hospitalize the kid. my son is type 1 since the age of 2. He is now 8 yrs old. his last HBA1C was 9.3. he takes 16 units of Lantus and 16 units of Actrapid. Total 32 units. his weight is 24 Kg.
Last few months v have observe that his behavior has changed. he pays less attention in his school , does not show interest in studies.
