A 63 year-old male presented with severe acute episodes of acute abdomen. The surgeon ordered a scan, and they advised inpatient admissions. After that he came to homeopathy. He had been given a few paracetamol for acute situations. He suffered with severe gastric neurosis and acute abdominal pain > longs icy cold water ++++ , regurgitations of food as soon as it is eaten. Tongue white, nausea++, more hunger and perspiration at night.
Past history:
Had past history of pthisis. (took ATT in allopathy)
Constitution and mental makeup: Tall thin man with highly sensitive nature and lively perceptions.
Provisional diagnosis: Pancreatitis (Homeopathy Treatment for Pancreatitis) (see scan report attached)

Prescription: Phosphorus – Started with LM 1 in aqueous solutions
Dosages – Hourly dosages and each time after 10 strong succussions.
After few days od
Diet: Simple fresh juices as diet, nil solid for 7 days
Result: Within a week he improved greatly. His appetite returned and he ate well; there was no regurgitation and he slept well at night. Still he continuing placebo.
Discussion:
In clinical practice, we must give importance to patient(s) repeated versions and what they stress (symptom genius) as his/her complaints. (Prime complaint) then we can add what we observe from them (signs).

Pleased to read that patient was cured with Phosphorus. I am diploma holder in homeopathy although my existing knowledge is that high potencies should not be revised so often which you did. Please advise further?
LM 1 is the lowest potency as per 6th organon aphorisms 246-248,270.
