A female child of 4 suffering from eruptions all over the body for the last 2 years.

O.D.P. – Patient was alright 2 years ago when an eruption developed on her back which turned into a boil and then other eruptions started erupting on other body parts in the form of eczema. These slowly turned into psoriatic patches.
Initially parents started conventional treatment which was helping only partially and later they decided to switch over to homoeopathy.
P/H– NO HISTORY OF MAJOR ILLNESS.
Her birth was normal and uneventful.
Mother’s history during pregnancy – NO HISTORY OF MAJOR ILLNESS.
-Patient has undergone all vaccinations (according to national program) till date and that was seemingly uneventful
-Milestones were near to normal till date.

STRONG DESIRE TO PLAY IN WATER AND DOES NOT WANT TO COME OUT.
MIND-
- CALM, TIMID CHILD…
- WANTS APPRECIATION++ by parents, teachers and if does not get it then complains about it to mother. There is a sibling rivalry. She thinks that parents are not listening to her and are listening to her brother only. Then she becomes SAD AND SITS QUIETLY.
- SHE SOMETIMES LAMENTS for appreciation++.
- Very much attached to the mother++
- Likes to study and is excellent in studies.
- Emotionally very SENSITIVE++.
- WILL NOT TALK MUCH but her internal unexpressed world is large.
- Want of self confidence
- Sees frightful images at night when trying to sleep..++
- LOTS OF FEARS of persons, animal etc.
