Mom, it’s time for the Quiz!

Unfortunately, I have another death to report.

“The Simpsons” has suffered the passing of Marcia Wallace (Edna Krabappel, Bart’s 4th grade teacher).

OMG! Marcia Wallace died?

But you know what Mom?  I can hardly think about deceased cast members from “The Simpsons” without mentioning Phil Hartman!

Phil Hartman?! 

Do you remember where you were when you heard Phil Hartman died?

I was at home!  

In fact let’s talk about Phil Hartman for a minute.

We seem to be already talking about him!

My favorite character he played on “Saturday Night Live” was Ed McMahon.

Hi-oh!

Who else did he do?

Frank.

 

Anyway I just adore Phil Hartman.  He was so funny on “Saturday Night Live”, funny on “The Simpsons”, and he was just so talented and an amazing voice actor.  My favorite roles of his on “The Simpsons”:

and Troy McClure (“Hi, I’m Troy McClure!”) 

 

Remembering Marcia Wallace…

Oh yes, I vaguely remember her from the beginning of this article!

You mean it’s not Belladonna?

Maryam, I guess you’re not familiar with this rubric–
“Mind: joy, excessive, sleeplessness, from” (translation: sleeplessness from excessive joy). There are only two remedies:

Carcinocin, COFFEA.

So the remedy was Coffea, which is more strongly indicated. It’s for excitement from being over-joyed. Think of a kid who comes home after a birthday party and can’t wind down, or a kid who’s all excited about a party the next day and can’t go to sleep, or anything similar to that. That’s Coffea.

Oh no!
I really did not know this indication.
Anyways, now I know it very well. 🙂
