Global Proving of Aqua Terra – The Elixir of Life – 320 Collected Waters of The Earth

Homeopaths Dr. Chetna Shukla, Dr. Harry van der Zee and Sigrid Lindemann report on a proving of Aqua Terra, a homeopathic remedy prepared from 320 collected waters of the world in a sacred ceremony in Auroville, India.

According to the ancient Hindu philosophy, “Earth is our mother and we are her children.” We evolve from earth, sustain, and grow on the food and elements from it, and finally merge with her. And the Gaia philosophy, named after the ancient Greek goddess of Earth, posits that Earth and its biological systems behave as a huge single biological entity.

This entity has closely controlled self-regulatory negative feedback loops that keep the conditions on the planet within boundaries that are favourable to life. Earth provides never ending natural bounties in abundance. The whole universe, living or non-living is made of the basic 5 elements – the PanchaMahābhūta- Pancha’ means five, ‘Mahā‘ means great and ‘bhūta‘ means that which exists– also called the Panchatattvas – space, air, water, fire, and earth.

Our Earth is one of the PanchaMahābhūta. There is a balance in Nature of these 5 tattvas. They are essential for the creation and manifestation of the universe. The PanchaMahābhūta are associated with overall health of human being. Swasthya[2] (health) is enjoyed by humans when there is a balance of these PanchaMahābhūta. The human body is a play of these PanchaMahābhūta, so is the world and the entire universe. The environmental philosophy of Hinduism is not that of ‘survival of the fittest’ but of mutual co-dependence, interdependence as all life is of equal value, be it an ant or an elephant or we humans.[3]

About Global Provings

In 2005 a project was started called ‘Global Proving’. Provers from around the world would simultaneously start proving the same substance. The project ultimately involved three substances, Himalayan Crystal Salt, Natural Silver, and Arizona Clay (Terra Indiana), proven in, respectively, October 2005, January 2006 and April 2006.

The idea of using a proving not only to get to know the substance, but also and primarily to bring about a change in the collective, is new in homeopathy and this global proving was a first experiment. Analogous to Hahnemann’s stating that participating in provings has positive effects for the prover, we may assume that the participation of larger numbers of people in a proving may have positive effects on the collective. The results of all the three substances – Himalayan Crystal Salt, Natural Silver, and Terra Indiana[4] (soil/terra/earth from the Echo Canyon, Phoenix, Arizona collected by Eileen Nauman – homeopath and shaman) have been published in Homoeopathic Links and Hpathy.com.

On 27th February 2019, I (Chetna Shukla) started the proving of a medicine created by Sigrid Lindemann – Aqua terra 30C – in Mumbai, India with 7 provers (6 male and 1 female). This was prover 1’s first ever proving experience (35 years, male, homoeopath) and his first symptom narration was this dream …

“Around 3 a.m. there is a dream, that there is water outside, it was sea, the water got absorbed in my body like a sponge. My lips and all swollen. I was watching my lips, hands, body dissolving in water, dispersing in water. I am getting dissolved in water. I woke up. I felt I am losing my identity.”

This dream was an inspiration for me to examine Aqua Terra globally like the previous 3 Global provings. Harry van der Zee supported this idea and together we sought permission from Sigrid Lindemann, the creator of this deeply transforming remedy.

During the proving she remained anonymous.  Eileen Nauman was approached to decide on an appropriate date to commence the proving. She prepared a Natal Chart of the remedy and arrived on 5th June 2019 as the date to commence the proving and 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. local time to consume the dose for the 4th Global proving. 5th June happened to be the birthday of Sigrid Lindemann and World Environment Day.

After the announcement, total 187 registrations were received (most individually, some in a group) from Austria, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Finland, Ghana, Germany, Hawaii, India, Ireland, Israel Kenya, Lithuania, Norway, Nepal, Netherlands, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovenia, South Korea, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, UK, USA.

 Why the time 5 a.m. to 6 a.m.?

The sun rises between 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. in most locations globally. The light of the  Sun moves from East to West. So as each of the provers would be taking the remedy at their local time, it is like the Sun is lighting the way.

A global wave is created that starts from the East and moves to the West with provers from all over the stream joining in the global wave, creating the wave, and imbibing the energies of this wave thus created. Everyone is creating and at the same time surfing in this global wave thus created by Aqua terra dynamically.

The 4th Global Proving of Aqua Terra

We humans are part of Nature. But we as a species in our modern times have been taking Nature for granted. We have become insensible to the profound role Nature plays in our lives and existence. As a species we humans are comparable to the out of sync cancerous group of cells that are fast growing and consuming the body of Mother earth. Air tattva is polluted with chemical waste, space tattva is polluted with aerospace debris and 4G, 5G electromagnetic radiation, global warming is the result of the fire element being affected, thus disrupting the thermostat of the universe, earth tattva is depleted causing extinction of plants and animals and the water tattva is adulterated and corrupted with chemical, plastic and human waste.

We are numb to the significant role these tattvas play in our lives. Physiology already defines that “each of our cell in our body contains a drop of sea-water.”  Our dissecting science has figured out that not only is blood mostly water, but the watery portion of blood, the plasma, has a concentration of salt and other ions that is remarkably like sea water.

Water is like the blood system of Mother earth. Despite the knowledge that everything is interconnected, our disconnect has separated us also from the apah/ jala/ water element – the very elemental, fundamental, and indispensable tattva for our survival as species.

All waters of our earth are connected in one vast cycle known as the water cycle or the Hydrologic Cycle[5]. Water, shape-shifting through three phases – liquid, vapor and ice – is constantly on the move.

The water cycle is the most fundamental concept in hydrology that involves the entire Earth system – comprising the atmosphere (the gaseous envelop), the hydrosphere (surface and subsurface water), lithosphere (soils and rocks), the biosphere (plants and animals) and the oceans. Water passes through these five spheres of the Earth system in one or more of the three phases: solid (ice), liquid, and vapor.

In the last Decade Dr Gerald Pollack, has made a remarkable observation regarding the fourth phase of water in his book The Fourth Phase of Water Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor. In this book he provides evidence for a fourth phase of water[6]. This phase occurs mainly next to water-loving (hydrophilic) surfaces. It is surprisingly extensive, projecting out from the surface by up to millions of molecular layers.

Of significance is the observation that this fourth phase is charged; and, the water just beyond is oppositely charged, creating a battery that can produce electrical current. Light (the UV rays of Sunlight) charges this battery. Thus, water can receive and process energy drawn from the environment in much the same way as plants. Absorbed light energy can then be exploited for performing work, including electrical and mechanical work, as well as the work of proteins inside cells.

Among all the ancient scriptures the world over, the Rigveda has extensive and in-depth references of the water element, the hydrologic cycle and associated processes. The Rigveda mentions that “God has created Sun and placed it in such a position that it illuminates the whole universe and extracts water continuously (in the form of vapor) and then converts it to cloud and ultimately discharges as rain” (verse I, 7.3).

Many other verses of the Rigveda (I, 19.7; I, 23.17; I, 32.9) further explain the transfer of water from the Earth to the atmosphere by the Sun and wind; breaking up of water into small particles, evaporation due to Sun rays, and subsequent rain; and formation of cloud due to evaporation of water from Mother Earth and returning in the form of rain. Verse I, 32.10, of the Rigveda further mentions that the water is never stationary but it continuously gets evaporated, and due to smallness of particles we cannot see the evaporated water particles. According to Atharvaveda also (∼1200–1000 BCE), the Sun rays are the main cause of rain and evaporation (verse I, 5.2, in Sanskrit language):

अमूर्य उप सूर्ये याभिर्ग सूर्यःसहित नो हिन्वन्त्वध्वरम ||

amurya oop surye yabhirg suryah sahita no hinvantvadhavaram||

The Yajurveda (∼1200–1000 BCE) explains the process of water movement from clouds to Earth and its flow through channels and storage into oceans and further evaporation (verse X, 19). During the time of Atharvaveda, the concepts of water evaporation, condensation, rainfall, river flow and storage, and again repetition of the cycle were also well known as in the earlier Vedas.

Water is synonymous with purity and purification. Water in Hinduism is a sacred place because it is believed to hold purifying and cleansing powers. Many faiths have rituals around water[7] – immersion in ganga river (or sacred waters) in Hinduism, baptism in Christianity, amrit sanskar in Sikhism, mikyah in Judaism, etc.

Water has been desacralized since she was dissected chemically into H2O. In most places of the world, we turn on the tap, we use her, we turn it off. We take a shower, we drink her, but we do not feel her in us, we do not feel her sacredness unless we are thirsty, sick, or draught-stricken!

 The Vedas on Water

In the Mandala 10, Sukta 9 of the Rig Veda[8], we can read the Apah Suktam – Prayer for the Water Deity[9]:

The subject of water has been treated spiritually, philosophically, cosmologically, medically, and poetically in the many ancient Indian literature comprising the Veda(s)Brāhmaṇa(s)Upaniṣad(s)Purāṇa(s), and Smṛti(s). Water is regarded as the primordial substance from which the universe came into being. Water occupies the highest place amongst the five basic elements of nature, called PanchaMahābhūta[10]ākāśa (ether, substratum, space), vāyu (air), teja or agni (radiation, energy or fire), āpa (water), and pṛthivī (Earth).

These five bhūta constitute the physical universe. Air is said to have been generated from space, fire from space, water from fire, and earth from water. Fire and water, which are said to pervade the entire universe, have a close nexus and are believed to possess procreative powers. The tripartite nature of agni has been related to the three forms of water – celestial, atmospheric, and terrestrial.

According to Rig-veda, water as a part of human environment occurs in five forms: Rain water (Divyah), Natural spring (Sravanti), Wells and canals (Khanitrimah), Lakes (Svayamjah) and Rivers (Samudrarthah)[11].

There are some other classifications also in the Taittiriya Aranyaka[12], Yajurveda[13] and Atharvaveda[14] as drinking water, medicinal water, stable water etc. Chandogya Upanishad describes about qualities of water³. Water is the source of joy and for living a healthy life. It is the immediate cause of all organic beings such as vegetations, insects, worms, birds, animals, men etc. Even the mountains, the earth, the atmosphere and heavenly bodies are water concretized[15].

The cycle of water is described as – from the ocean waters reach to the sky and from the sky they come back to earth[16]. Rainwaters are glorified. The rain-cloud is depicted as Parjanya[17] god.

The fight between Indra and Vritra is a celebrated story[18] from the Rigveda. It is explained in many ways. According to one view it is a fight for waters. Indra is called Apsu-jit or conquering the waters, while Vritra is encompassing them. Vritra holds the rain and covers waters and thus being faulty is killed by Indra through his weapon called Vajra i.e., thunderbolt.

The Indra-Vritra fight represents natural phenomenon going on in the aerial space. By the efforts of Indra all the seven sacred rivers of India flow. The flow of water should not be stopped as it is essential for humanity and all life. The significance of water for life was well known to Vedic seers. They mention: Waters are nectars[19]; Waters are source of all plants and giver of good health[20]; Waters destroy diseases of all sorts[21]; Waters are for purification[22].

It seems that the later developed cultural tradition of pilgrimage on the river-banks is based on the theory of purification from water. The ancient Indians knowing water as a vital element for life, were very particular to maintain it pure and free from any kind of pollution. The Manusmriti stresses on many instances to keep water clean[23]. The Padma Purana condemns water pollution forcefully saying, ‘the person who pollutes waters of ponds, wells or lakes goes to hell[24].’

The PanchaMahābhūta or The Panchatattvas : Five Elements of Matter

Everything in the physical world (matter) is composed of five tattvas[25] (तत्त्व) / elements, the PanchaMahābhūta – ākāśa / akash (ether, substratum, space), vāyu (air), teja or agni (radiation, energy, or fire), āpa / jala (water), and pṛthivī (Earth).

These five tattvas are manifested in the subtle as our five special senses of sound, touch, vision, taste and smell respectively. They are also represented in the chakras (the energy centers/conduits): Visuddha (throat), Ajna (third eye) and Sahasrara (crown) for the Ākāśa , Anahata (Heart) for the Vayu, Manipur (Solar) for the Agni, Muladhara (Root ) for Prithvi and Swadhisthana (Sacral) for Apah/ Jala.

Each of this PanchaMahābhūta has certain qualities. Ākāśa has only one quality: sound. Vayu has two qualities: sound and touch. Agni possesses three qualities: sound, touch and form. Prithvi has five qualities: sound, touch, form, taste and smell[26]. Āpa has four qualities: sound, touch, form and taste.

These all together make up the whole cosmos. All creations emerge from various permutations and combinations of these 5 tattvas. The human body also has these 5 tattvas. Health is about replenishing, maintaining, and controlling this Panch-Mahābhūta of the prāaṇ (vital force) through prāaṇayama (prāaṇ is breath and ayama is control).

We replenish our prāaṇ/ vital force through food, water, sunlight, air and experiences. We can enhance, augment and harmonize the expressions of prāaṇ for higher purpose of our existence through the judicious management of the Panch-Mahābhūta in our being. Life is about siddhi (attainment or mastery) and maintaining the shuddh (शुद्ध) quality (pure) of the Panch-Mahābhūta.

An uneven distribution of the Panch-Mahābhūta expresses in any individual as an alienation from one’s spiritual self. This is the first symptom of illness. Symptoms exhibited depend on which tattva/s are in an imbalanced state. A person with a harmonious functioning and interplay of the Panch-Mahābhūta emits a sense of well-being.

Understanding the PanchaMahābhūta or Panchatattvas and their essence …

  1. Ākāśa / Akash tattva / Space element ( आकाश means शून्य स्थान devoid of matter/ void) (Abbreviation-At)

Ākāśa / Akash means the basis and essence of all things in the material world; the first tattva/ element created – sound. It is the conduit to connect to the divine. Aum (, ओम्) is the quintessence of the first sound created in the universe. First appeared Ākāśa, from which appeared air, from that fire, from which water and then the earth. Without the Ākāśa or Space tattva, none of the other 4 tattvas can exist. Ākāśa according to some is created from Paramatma (the supreme creator, creator of all that is).

2.Vayu tattva/ Air element (( Abbreviation-Vt)

Air is the most basic connection to life. Air is the carrier of Prāan. The main source of prāaṇ is through breathing and the breathing apparatus, our lungs. The internal surface area of human lungs[27] is 70 m2, roughly that of a racquetball court. Each day, the lungs are responsible for exchange of around 7000 litres of air and all it contains.

Vayu tattva in the mind represents intellect, ambition and connects to the universal life force. It is about being happy, imaginative, communicative and creative.

3.Agni Tattva / Fire element ( Abbreviation-Agt)

Agni is a Hindu and Vedic deity. Agni is Sanskrit for fire. Agni has three forms: fire, lightning and the sun (surya). It takes 8.3 minutes[28] for light to travel from the Sun to earth (a distance of 1.58×10-5 light years[29]). Sunlight is a key factor in photosynthesis in plants (the food we eat – prithvi element).

The UVB rays are responsible for making Vitamin D hormone – the Sunshine Vitamin – in the skin cells of humans and animals.  It is common to describe someone as a fiery person. We generally associate the fire nature with a person who is outgoing, bold, impulsive, aggressive, inspirational, joyous, very active and highly driven. Fire has the nature of regenerating itself and gives strength to persevere.

4.Prthivi Tattva / Earth element ( Abbreviation-Pt)

Around 49,116,227 square kilometres (38.4%) of the mother earth’s land is devoted to agriculture[30] to sustain us. We are constantly being nourished in our physical body by Mother Earth. Our body structure is built on food from the earth. The food we eat imparts the cells its own character.

Our material body (flesh, bones etc.) is the food we eat. To build a body that is well aligned to our higher purpose we need to eat with discernment. Every food has its own signature quality that it imparts to the consumer. Nutrients in foods become nourishment when we are aware of our connection with food.

Earth tattva imparts the qualities of being earthy: simple, direct and honest. Earth tattva is displayed as strength, grounding, nurturing and connection to life path.

5. Apah/ Jala/ Water Tattva (Abbreviation-Jt)

The total volume of water on Mother Earth is estimated at 1.386 billion km³ (333 million cubic miles), with 97.5% being salt water and 2.5% being fresh water.  By weight, the average human adult male is approximately 60-63% water, and the average adult female is approximately 52-55% water[31]. Ensuring the appropriate amounts of body water is part of fluid balance, an aspect of homeostasis (a state of steady internal, physical and chemical conditions maintained by living systems).

Jala tattva is synonymous with emotions. It has the quality to pick up vibrations created by emotions and embeds the same in its molecular structure, so when frozen, it forms a crystal structure that expresses the original emotion.

Masaru Emoto[32] has carried experiments and proved this capability of water molecules. Emoto reports that words and music with positive emotional contents produce beautiful crystals and those with negative emotional content generate ugly ones.

Water is connected to our psychic abilities, intuition and instincts. It is about being connected to an inner primeval intelligence that is beyond the 5 senses and beyond thought.

Water ceremony in Auroville[33] – Aqua Terra Medicine

The water ceremony[34] for the 50th Birthday of Auroville[35], was a global collective attempt aiming at the evolution of consciousness and human unity. The inauguration of Auroville 1968 was celebrated with filling an urn with handfuls of earth from 124 countries from all over the world.

For the celebrations of Auroville’s 50th anniversary, it was proposed that water from different water bodies of the world (from a lake, river, spring etc) be collected and brought to Auroville, without reference or preclusion

It was proposed that water from different water bodies of the world (from a lake, river, spring etc) be collected and brought to Auroville, without reference or preclusion to religion, politics etc. The aim of Auroville is an actual Human Unity, through collective evolution.

Water was brought from friends of Auroville from over 320 different sources, from Antarctica glaciers as well as from famous rivers like Ganga, Nile, Seine, etc, from faraway mountains and seas, as well as from the home tap or from the fountain down the road.

This water ceremony was held at sunrise of February 28th 2018. The mixing together of all these 320 sources of waters was done in the Auroville amphitheatre, at the feet of an Urn that contains the soil from the inauguration (birth ceremony) of Auroville 50 years ago in 1968, publicised worldwide and attended by 5000 people. .

The bringing together of water from all over the world in a ceremony at the center of Auroville was symbolic of a prayer for unity and a prayer for this diminishing element for the whole world. Water is the source of life and a cause of strife, but most of all a uniting element. All life needs water. Water flows across all borders.

Water of 320 sources[36] from across the globe was collected in a golden disk, placed at the Centre of Auroville. A sample of this water (the re-united waters) from the golden disk has been prepared into the homeopathic remedy ‘Aqua Terra’ by Sigrid Lindemann, homoeopath living in Auroville, teaching in  Germany.

The homoeopathic proving of the 320 waters of our mother earth representing the collective Jala tattva, the water element, is like navigating life wearing the water lens, making all the connections while simultaneously benefiting from the spiritualized essence of all waters (called Aqua Terra) and expressing the essence of the Jal tattva after becoming the soul of Jala residing in the spirit of the substance that is apah/ water / jala.

THE A to Z of AQUA TERRA GLOBAL PROVING

As a homoeopathic remedy, Aqua terra focuses on a multitude of issues concerning human existence, as such Aqua terra cannot be described or summarized in a few words. The attributes and different facets of the disposition of Aqua terra are enlisted alphabetically from A to Z below. We clearly see the qualities of Jala tattva as mentioned in Apah suktam expressed in the proving too. Also what surfaces clearly are attributes of all the 5 tattvas[38] in the themes, mental and physical symptoms of the proving. These A to Z list can be considered as themes or prescriptive symptoms…

A: Abreaction, Abrupt, Acceptance, Accidents, Activity, Accounting easy, Adaptability[39] (Jt) , Addiction©[40], Affectionate, Alert, Alienated, Aligned, Alive, Alone, Ambition, Amicable, Ancestors, Anger, Anxiety, Argumentative, Art, Assertion, Ashamed, Attractive, Attunement, Avocado[41], Aware, Awkward

The physical expression of abreaction is seen as efficient eliminations (urination, defaecation, sweating etc).

‘Accident’ means an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in harm, injury, damage or loss. Metaphysically, accident means an unfortunate event that takes place without our conscious foreknowledge. They occur to call our attention to something important (that we are not paying attention to). They occur so that we raise our consciousness to something important in/of your life. They are like wake-up call messages from the universe.

Avocados are a symbol of Love. The people of Central America first called the fruit aguacate, after the word for test-icle – ahuacatl. The name was inspired by their shape and because they often hang on the tree in pairs. In the 1500s the Conquistadors took the name into Spanish and gave us the word avocado.

B: Balanced, Beauty/ beautiful, Benevolent, Bhranti-darshana[42], Big hearted, Bigotry, Birds (Vt), Bitter, Bliss, Black hole (At), ‘Blueprint [43], Bonding, Bonfire (Agt) Boundaries, Bright colors, Busy

Books that were part of the proving…

  1. Healing Your Ancestral Patterns by David Furlong
  2. Metaphysical Anatomy by Evette Rose
  3. Michael Linton aka Narayan Khalsa – Illnesses and Ailments, Their Psychological Meaning
  4. Separation vs Interbeing by Charles Eisenstein
  5. The Over story, a novel by Richard Powers

During any proving all the outside events in the life of the prover are propelled by the medicine under examination. When a prover reads a book, it is the faculty of mind that is under the influence of the medicine under examination propelling them to read that book. Most often than always that book also in essence expresses the state of mind and disposition of the proving medicine.

Any book is a magical weaving of words that have their own magnetism. Words begin to get alive in their own way when in a sequence. A book can convey a story in a way that it offers the prover-reader a chance to live the proving state through their imagination.

K: K27[48] acupressure point

The 27th and last points on the kidney meridians are the neurological center of the acupuncture circuit. This main switchboard is an important organizer of energy flow throughout the body. They are located between the clavicle and the first rib up against the breastbone.

Energy travels in a figure eight pattern through the body. It enters the left foot, crosses at the navel, and surfaces at the K-27 points, crosses the navel again and exits out the right foot. Nature heals, provided these points are in their proper aligned positions.

When this energy is flowing, we are ‘plugged in’ and connected to the universal flow of energy. When the K-27s are out of position, the body cannot express balance and therefore does not perform to its maximum potential. The K-27s are related to the following associated conditions:

  • Thyroid gland issues (Agt)
  • Fatigue (Pt)
  • Elimination issues (Jt)
  • Asthma (Vt)
  • Jet lag (At)

DREAMS, DELUSIONS, FOOD AFFINITIES: SYMBOLISM DURING PROVING

 Dreams

Provers experienced symbolic expressions of Aqua terra relating it to the substance directly or indirectly by having affinity for nature and wilderness – especially to the water element; sea, rivers, swimming – affections of thirst, skin dryness, sweat, sun, flowing etc. Some had dreams of words like ‘blueprint’, saw hexagonal figures, lakes, ponds, pools, water, boat etc.

Dreams are a gateway to our unconscious that is linked to the collective/ universal consciousness. The symbols in our dreams seem illogical to our logical mind. But people with an active and dominant right brain can decode these symbols in light of their own life experiences and psychological makeup.

Examining the dreams of Aqua terra proving represent the symbols of the remedy lived through the filtered lens of the prover. Examining proving dreams can help us better understand the remedy in relationship with the collective unconscious and the universal symbols and archetypes it contains.

By interpreting the proving dreams in the context of the collective unconscious, we can gain a better understanding of the remedy Aqua terra and how she (Aqua terra) relates to others. The A to Z of dreams is listed below …

In the dreams too there is a clear expression of the PanchaMahābhūta – earth, air, water, sky and space. Space in the dream realm also encompasses the inner sacred mind space, the inner sacred heart space, the sacred space of relationships  within mankind and the inner space of all experiences.

Delusions of Aqua Terra or Bhranti-darshana[53]:

Bhranti-darshana means false views or perception, slip of judgment. Bhranti-darshana is a symptom of Aqua terra. Developing a false vision of reality, an erroneous view of oneself, inferiority, or superiority complex. It is like Delusions, they are frames of mind that, once adopted, alter our way of seeing the world. By definition, a Delusion[54] is a false belief based on incorrect inference about external reality that is firmly sustained despite what almost everyone else believes and despite what constitutes incontrovertible and obvious proof or evidence to the contrary.

Examples of delusions that are non-bizarre include something that could happen in real life, like a cheating spouse. On the other hand, examples of delusions that are bizarre include things that could never happen in real life, such as the ability to become invisible.

Food Affinities:

Every food (plant, animal) has a definite state of mind and disposition that is imbibed by the consumer depending on its spiritual and nutritional requirement at that time. Food affinities are a binding to the signature qualities that that food imparts when consumed. Food affinities can be directly or symbolically linked to the state of mind and disposition of the proving substance. The food affinities that surfaced during the proving are:

Stomach; aversion: Bread, Coffee, Food (in general), Meat, Peppers, Spinach, Sweets (disgust), Vegetables

Stomach; desire: Alcohol ©, Apricots, Beer, Bread, Cheese, Chicken (in a vegan), Chocolate, Cream, Dried prunes, Fruits, Honey, Ice-cream, Pork pies, Salt, Smoked food, Smoked food, Sugar, Sweets (every day/soja pudding, cinnamon cookies), White bread, Wine ©

Stomach; worse: Baklava, Cheese, Lamb chops (itching), Salads (diarrhoea), Sweets, Wine

Stomach; thirst, water tastes good

Stomach; coffee bitter, intolerant of, <

Stomach; sweets, baklava, intolerant of, <

Physiologically, the connection between eating sugar and water is about feeling thirsty afterward. This thirst is due to a spike in the blood sugar levels[55]. Once the sugar particles reach the blood, water moves out of the body cells and into the blood, to restore balance in the blood.

As the body cells lose water, they send signals to the brain indicating that they need more water. The result is that you feel the urge to sip on something. Bread’s high carb content can increase blood sugar and hunger and incite a similar response as after eating sweets. Eating salt helps the body retain water. Sugar and sweets represent the emotions of being pleasant, kind and gentle. It is also synonym with the emotion of love.

 PORTRAIT OF AQUA TERRA

The portrait of Aqua Terra can be best compared to the attributes of the ancient water goddesses Apas[56], (Female affections, Left sided) of the Rigveda that rules over the Purva Ashadha[57] nakshatra.  Purva Ashadha is the 20th Nakshatra and is the water archetype[58]. They are the spirits of our planet’s oceans, streams, and rivers.

They bring rejuvenation and purification (Ancestral healing, past life wound healing), nourishing our relationships and wetting our eyes with compassion. They pour their cleansing waters over the earth, enhancing our intuitive wisdom and binding us to community and family. Etymologically[59] Purva Ashadha means “the Former Invincible one”, or “the Former Unconquered”.

It signifies the basic attribute of the asterism- invincibility (Unbeatable feels she is/Physical strength increased). Alternatively, the Purvashada is translated into “Aparajita” which means “undefeated”. She is equated with the ocean goddesses like Aphrodite, Astrates etc. She is said to be a Venusian Goddess and the female counterpart of ‘Varuna’, the overseer of celestial waters which sustain the Universe. Ancient sages associate the Purva Ashadha with the image of Lord Vishnu and Laxmi sitting on a Vasuki (snake bed) on the top of Ksheer Sagar (the ocean of celestial waters). In a polar context, Apah is represented by the deadly poison that emerged out at the time of Samudra Manthan. She signifies the churning that goes inside each one of us and good and bad thoughts that comes as its result (Conscience).

The chemical formula for water is H2O – this indicates that each of its molecules contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms, connected by covalent bonds.   Hydrogen is the first element, mother of all substance, the first simple manifestation of matter.

Hydrogen does not exist on earth in its pure form. Hydrogen is a basic element of the sun and the stars. Hydrogen is so light that it is the only element that can escape the gravitational pull of the earth. In a laboratory, when the gases hydrogen and oxygen are mixed and the mixture is ignited, water vapor forms. This water vapor later condenses to liquid water as the fire subsides. The reaction is…

2H2(g)+O2(g)→2H2O(l) (g=gas/ l=liquid)

For water to form, 2 hydrogen molecules must separate from each other to combine with oxygen atoms. The quintessence of Hydrogen as a medicine is being one and desire to be one. It is about unity consciousness, and this is expressed as a great love for everything and everybody.

The quintessence of Oxygen is being indispensable or essentialthat one cannot do without[60]. Something or someone that is indispensable is so good or important that you could not manage without it, him, or her. The spiritualized equation of the reaction of H2 and O2 can be thus represented as…

2H2(gas)+O2(gas)→2H2O(liquid)

2(One / Union)2(gas) + (Indispensable/ Essential)2(gas)I am Love

Love is indispensable/ essential to be unified, to be one!

The quintessence of Aqua terra revolves around this state of deep love- ‘I am Love’. This love was expressed as…

  • Feel near around my core, my center, my heart; behind the difficult feelings love and relatedness shines through.
  • A general great love of people and enjoyment in being nice; I feel love. I feel something more than love. I feel Source
  • Trust in love; Daughter in Love (instead of law)
  • This pure flow of love between us is enveloped into the field of this remedy, the calm pool that I sense within me. I would use the word compassion to describe it, gentleness, quiet presence
  • I lay there a long time in this strong flow of beauty and love. Blissful. (chrysalis) I have not felt this way in a long time. Communion with nature and my soul
  • With tender love and compassion as we are each given our life paths and we connect on a soul level as companions on a human/spiritual life journey
  • We don’t have to “think” or “send” love. We are love. We simply have to be who and what we truly are
  • The time is here. Two are gathered in love; I now through that feel even more, where we need to grow
  • So to make a sustainable love
  • Dream about a former girlfriend. In that dream she had become mad, fallen into love mania (with me)
  • My husband and I made love and it were so easy to have multiple orgasms; I feel a depth of love for this human being, my husband of 26 years, that I’ve never felt before
  • I feel an even deeper level of love for this amazing planet
  • Over all, emotionally and spiritually there was a lasting effect of a state of open heartedness and ability to love deeper that remains with me
  • It felt like there was so much love and caring; Love! I have been feeling a lot of love today, and showed it to my wife and daughter
  • Never before such a strong sensation of life begins inside of me and love is its ground.

The love experienced was not for somebody, or being in love, or falling in love etc. The love experienced was like breathing. Love was a quality. Love was overflowing. It was a feeling of being love. Aqua terra love is a radiation of the being’s subjectivity. Aqua terra is about being love itself.

The best expression was from one prover who expressed the spirit of Aqua terra in these two lines…

“We are alive as Earth is alive. We have the power to create our freedom.

If we have courage, we shall be healers. Like the sun we shall rise.”

Attaining Mastery over the panchamahābhūta: BhutaSiddhi[61]

The regular practice of Surya Arghya helps in maintaining and overcoming the imbalances of the panchamahābhūta of the human body. Surya Arghya[62] the unique ritual of offering water to the Sun, consists of standing in waist deep waters (or standing in grass or soil) while facing the sun, filling the hands with water (or in a brass or copper vessel) and allowing it to fall back.

The slanting rays of the sun (that are white) when pass through water are dispersed into a spectrum of seven colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet) and enters our body to benefit different organs.  The ultra violet rays of the sun, destroy bacteria of several deadly diseases.

During exposure to sunlight 7-dehydrocholesterol in the skin absorbs UV-B radiation and is converted to pre-vitamin D3 which in turn isomerizes into vitamin D3. The human eye contains photosensitive cells in its retina, with connections directly to the pituitary gland in the brain.

Photosensitive cells in the eye also directly affect the brain’s hypothalamus region, which controls our biological clock. The brain’s pineal gland that produces melatonin benefits directly from the sun stimulation.  A study by Dr.’s Turner and Mainster of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, published in the British Journal of Opthamology in 2008[63] states that, “these photoreceptors play a vital role in human physiology and health.” The effects are not only in the brain, but the whole body.

INDICATIONS FOR AQUA TERRA:

  1. Aqua Terra as a medicine offers a fantastic opportunity to call upon the inner-rainsof purification to wash away past old wounds, traumas, unresolved conflicts etc., from this lifetime, previous lifetimes and from our ancestors. It opens one to the possibility of unending improvement and transformation. In the universal scheme of things, it gives the person a power to instil invigorating changes. It offers one the willpower and strength to rejuvenate and renew one’s life. With this power, one purges oneself and eliminates the hurts and confusion at a cosmic level too.

  1. Aqua terra has a capacity for abreaction. Ayahuasca[64](Ayah) is another medicine that has abreaction in its action. Both Ayah and Aqua terra are sacred Ayah, the sacred drink is man-made and water is God made. Both Ayah and Aqua terra have in their power to release and cause expression of previously repressed emotions. The person under their influence relives the experience that caused the repression. Aqua terra has in its capacity a much deeper action than Ayah of also initiating a process of purification.

  1. Aqua terra as a medicine assists people to easily transit from the real, natural world to the digital, virtual world. With different digital platforms all open at once, there is the temptation and compulsion to feel as if we need to respond to multiple conversations simultaneously, spreading our focus more thinly.

People often start to “imagine that we are as limitless as the capacity of the technology.” And “tend to compare ourselves and productivity to these devices but that’s not really who and what we are and so it’s a matter of sort of making peace with our humanity[65].”

Aqua terra assists in this peace-making process. Aqua terra offers an opportunity to align with screentime overload of different digital platforms. Many provers reported that Aqua terra helped them in coping with the digital world during lockdown 2020 when feeling overwhelmed.

  1. Aqua terra as a medicine offers an opportunity to rise above the dualities of life: good and bad, egotism and surrender, being soft and hard, being a narcissist and servant of the world, being connected and being separated from people, feeling energetic and feeling exhausted, feeling beautiful and ugly, feeling mind and body are separated etc.

  1. Aqua terra as a medicine offers an opportunity to connect to our inner spiritual self and feel beautiful, joyful, loving and connected to all mankind and our inner intuition.

  1. Aqua terra is a wonderful remedy for people who feel vulnerable from the outside world, are overwhelmed by their emotions, and have no protective filters. She assists in showing one the way to deal with life and one’s circumstances.

  1. Aqua Terra offers an opportunity to connect, awaken and balance one’s Jala tattva and open pathways to connect to one’s loving and joyous self. It is the Jala tattva that makes us more human, emotional, sensitive, and compassionate. It is about flow, flexibility, and freedom of expression.

  1. Aqua Terra dissolves the watertight boundaries of the conditioned mind and helps one access the unconscious mind connected to the universal consciousness.

  1. Bhrāntidarśana – The well-known trouble of life and living are applicable to both – the spiritual seeker (sanyasi) as well as the house-holder (grihastha). The impact of the world on ourselves is what we call experience. It is up to us to understand it in any way we like and take it in any spirit, depending on our gunas (qualities) and our prakriti. If we operate out of our bhrāntidarśana, our experiences will be a bhranti (bhram – erroneous view) or erroneous for us. Aqua terra assists the soul to clear these bhranti’s. The bhranti’s that Aqua terra can address are that of separation, invisible, fat, ugly, trapped etc. Aqua terra rectifies these bhranti’s and restores the feeling that we all and everything within the universe is a holistic network, that is inter connected and influencing each other in every way, and any other understanding is a false perception of reality.

  1. When life brings you to a point where happiness in love does not happen anymore, there are questions regarding love and trust in relationships, and in mankind too. Aqua terra restores this trust and ensures a free emanation and radiation of love.

  1. The dynamized or the spiritualized Aqua terra works with and through the 60% water in the human body to restore the balance of the PanchaMahābhūta. Regular practise of Surya Arghya helps maintain the balance.

[46] When a hexagon is joined it is commonly known as the strongest join. The way that 120º angles distribute forces against 2 of the hexagon sides makes it a very stable and mechanically efficient structure.&

[47] https://www.flowerofsound.com/the-hidden-meaning-behind-the-hexagon – You can find the hexagon in many ancient symbols. In sacred geometry and ancient sagas the hexagon represents the potential for life. It is found in sacred shapes like the Flower of Life, which is seen in ancient architecture around the world. Because of its two interlocking triangles, the hexagon as a symbol often stands for harmony and balance and also male and female energy . When you draw a six pointed star the points form together as a hexagon. This can beautifully seen in Dr. Masaru Emoto’s videos showing the crystallization of water reacting to pure tones, images and therefore frequencies.

Jung, archetype refers to an inherited idea or mode of thought that is present in the unconscious of the individual. In everyday prose, however, archetype is most commonly used to mean “a perfect example of something.”- https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/archetype

  • It’s our duty to scientifically validate the drug proving process through rigorous methods. This article disappoints everyone due to its projected perspective through mythical concepts which lacks scientific temper. Our master Dr Samuel Hahnemann was thriving for scientific results. This proving negates the attitude of the homeopaths who deserve a better understanding of drug proving in modern era of science.
