Common salt, in half-teaspoonful doses.

Gelatin, half-ounce doses, dry, uncooked.

Hamamelis, venous oozing, 125.

Opium to stop cough if hemorrhage is not great.

Phosphorus, in pneumonia, 160.

Turn patient on affected side.

Turpentine, debilitated subjects, 156.
