CORYZA.

DRY CORYZA.

Dry coryza, with loss of smell.

CHRONIC CORYZA –

Chronic coryza, with greenish-yellow discharge; with much dropping form the posterior nares at night.

DISCHARGES-

Greenish-yellow mucus.

Purulent, bloody.

Thin and burning, which relieves.

COUGH –

DRY COUGH.

Dry cough.

Chronic, dry coughs.

Hard, spasmodic, dry cough; with pains in chest.

From tickling in larynx, or in trachea.

Hard, dry cough, with weakness and heaviness in chest.

Urine escapes, while coughing, at night.

Dry, tickling cough, from larynx.

SPUTA –

Of green mucus; green and yellow, salty.

Very difficult and sticky; or, like pus; coughs a long time to bring it up.

WORSE –

Morning on waking.

Evening, lying down.

In open air.

Coughing, motion, or exertion; pains in chest worse.

Talking is very fatiguing; voice weak and trembling.

Lying down, dyspnea worse.

BETTER –

Sitting Quiet.

Sitting up, dyspnea better.

SENSATIONS –

Dryness of throat, no thirst; throat burns and feels scalded.

Whole chest feels sore.

Hot feeling in chest.

Everything in chest feels torn by cough.

Of plug or lump in throat, impeding swallowing.

SPECIAL –

Chronic blennorrhoea of lungs.

Offensive diarrhoea at night.
