General Indications.

      This drug acts best on tall, slim women with fair complexions. Most of these are tuberculous or lymphatic with clear, white skin. Great depression of spirits.

It resembles Secale; both influence the womb by contracting the blood vessels.

Special Symptoms.

      Menstruation too frequent, profuse, of too long duration. Menstrual flow with bright red blood with clots, especially during the climacteric period.
