Pannus in scrofulous patients; discharge from the eye white; cheeks rough.
Pains at the root of the Nose, lids swollen, purulent discharge from eyes and nose.
Iritis, with dull pulsating in the occiput. Syphilis.
Fistula lachrymalis (of recent origin).
Ears
Sounds as of bells ringing.
Hardness of hearing; in old people.
Dryness and disagreeable sensation of dryness in the ear.
Eustachian tubes affected, causing whizzing, roaring, cracking, with hardness of hearing.

Nose
Slight epistaxis, relieving the headache.
Dry feeling in nose, frequent sneezing; adherent phlegm, blown out in small lumps; thick phlegm in posterior nares, worse mornings.
Swelling of the nose, with pain at its root; purulent discharge.
Fluent coryza, with hoarseness.
Face
Yellow complexion.
Lower Face
Easily dislocated jaw, in morning in bed, with much pain.
External swelling on left lower jaw, painful to touch and on stooping.
Swelling of submaxillary glands.
Scurfs around mouth.
Teeth
Sensation of coldness in teeth.
Toothache from contact with fresh, open air, at night, and with swelling of cheek.
Numbness of teeth, they pain when biting on them.
Swelling of the gums, with stinging, burning pain when touching them.
Fistula dentalis.
Tongue etc.
Taste: slimy, pappy, bitter: putrid; sour.
The tongue coated white in centre, with dark streak along edges.
Mouth
Fetid smell from mouth.
Saliva, offensive smelling.
Great dryness of mouth and throat in morning, with much thirst.
Ulcers on the inner cheek, painful when closing the teeth.
Throat
When swallowing, food enters into posterior nares.
Throat feels swollen and raw.
Stinging from throat into ear, when swallowing.
Throat dry, sore; pain in nape of neck when swallowing.
Hawking of a tough, disagreeably tasting phlegm, in mornings.
Desires Aversions
Hunger immediately after stool.
Ravenous hunger.
Aversion to meat and fat, as well as all warm, cooked food.
Loss of appetite.
Drinking all the time; passed water often.
Violent thirst (for beer).
Eating and Drinking
After eating; giddiness; heat in the face; cutting in the abdomen; gastralgia better.
Nausea and Vomiting
Sour, or bitter eructations.
Nausea and vomiting of bitter, green substances; worse from riding in a carriage, during pregnancy, and in the morning.
Stomach
Pain in pit of stomach, as if something were tearing off.
Sensation of fulness or swelling of pit of stomach, with soreness when touched.
Violent pain in stomach, extending up into chest, with sweat and nausea.
Gastralgia, with pressing, drawing pains, better from eating.
Sensation of emptiness and weakness in stomach.
Weakness of digestion.
Abdomen
Awake toward morning, with pinching colic, better from bending double.
Cold feeling in the abdomen.
Stool etc.
Awakened early morning by urgent desire for stool, which is gushing, watery; sharp, cutting, colicky pains below the navel; rumbling.
Stools: slimy, preceded by colic; chronic diarrhoea; worse during the day; of bloody mucus; often profuse; yellowish, watery; weak feeling in bowels and rectum.
Diarrhoea: from cabbage, sour-krout; after riding in a carriage.
Stool insufficient, difficult, hard, in lumps.
Piles and fissures of the anus; great itching; scurf on borders of anus.
Excrescences on and in the anus, moist, irregular.
Urine
Constant dripping of urine.
Frequent micturition, with scanty, brown, fetid urine.
Involuntary micturition, at night in bed.
Itching in the meatus urinarius (female) during micturition, preceded by an urgent desire to urinate.
Chronic blenorrhoea.
Contraction of the urethra. Burning in the urethra.
Chronic inflammation of parts prostatia urethra, with frequent emissions and imperfect erection; chronic urethritis accompany stricture.
Male Sexual Organs
Sexual desire decreased in morning.
Gonorrhoea; chronic cases, with urethral itching.
Itching and humid herpes: on the scrotum; between scrotum and thigh; on the perineum.
Female Sexual Organs
Aversion to an embrace.
Menses: too late and scanty; early and profuse; menstrual blood causes itching.
Before the menses, throbbing in head; during menses, singing and roaring in the ears; lassitude.
Prolapsus uteri in patients reduced by chronic diarrhoea, occurring during the day.
Leucorrhoea, like albumen, profuse every day, or with nightly lascivious dreams.
Soreness and moisture on genitals, with violent itching.
Pregnancy
During pregnancy, diarrhoea and vomiting, worse riding.
After confinement imagines there is another baby in bed which requires attention.
Itching and mealy covering of the nipples.
Larynx
Dryness and scraping sensation in larynx.
Bronchial catarrhs. Hoarseness.
Breathing
Cold air causes an oppressed feeling on chest.
Oppression of the chest, at night.
Cough
Dry at night, coming deep from the chest, caused by a scratching in the throat; with stitches under the sternum.
Heart Pulse
Cold feeling about the heart.
Fainting, with ebullitions, heat, pressing on the heart and palpitation.
Pulse accelerated by every motion; slow during rest.
Outer Chest
Herpes on the chest.
Neck Back
Stiff neck; it cracks when moved.
Herpes on the neck. Furuncles.
Pain in spine and pain all over body, with sciatica.
Pain in back, which does not allow him to move.
Great uneasiness and stiffness in small of back and coccyx in the evening.
Pain in the coccyx while sitting.
Upper Limbs
Fetid sweat in the axillae, Salt rheum on arms, red, raw, burning; moist or covered with thick crusts.
Deep, bloody rhagades on hands, thick crusts; worse during winter.
Brown or yellow spots on the arms.
Wrist feels sprained.
Burning in palms of hands.
Lower Limbs
Legs swollen from knee to ankle, purplish, oozing, or covered with scales or scabs, which are easily detached; itching and burning like fire.
Spreading, sloughing ulceration of the leg.
Herpes on knees and ankles.
Ulcers on toes, originating in blisters.
Hot swelling of the soles, with burning.
Heel painfully swollen and red; chilblains.
Feet swollen; cold.
Feet tender and bathed in a foul moisture.
Limbs in General
The limbs go to sleep and become stiff.
Rheumatic stiffness of the joints, with cracking when moved.
Rheumatic stiffness of shoulders and ankles; syphilis.
