Introduction

Euphorbia lathyris, Linn. Natural order: Scrophulariaceae. Preparation: Tincture of whole plant.

Eye

Brilliant eyes (after five hours). Staring look. Pupils dilated, with wide open eyes.

Face

Face deadly pale.

Stomach

Retching and vomiting. Suddenly seized with violent vomiting and bloody stools.

Abdomen

Abdomen drawn inward.

Stool

Stools copious, frequent.

Pulse

Pulse small, irregular.

General symptoms

Whole body stiff, icy cold, – Uneasiness (after five hours).

Fever

Skin burning hot (after five hours). Glowing hot cheeks (after five hours).
