   Common name: Green Lizard (widely diffused throughout Europe; not venomous).

Introduction

Lacerta agillis, L. Natural order: Reptilia.

Preparation. (?).

Mouth

Large vesicles under the tongue,. Constant accumulation of saliva in the mouth.

Stomach

Violent eructations and some distress in the stomach. Nausea and a feeling of weight in the stomach, immediately. Great nausea. Violent pressure in the stomach.

Abdomen

Pains in the intestines, relieved by frequently drinking water and vinegar (after one hour).

Pulse

Pulse rose 8 seats. The pulse which before the proving was 70; rose to 80. Pulse 80 when taking, fell 14 beats (after one hour).

General Symptoms.

All the symptoms disappeared during the subsequent night after a profuse sweat.

Skin

Moist white eruption in several parts of the body, especially on the inner canthus of the eye. Ulcerated places on the female genitals.

Fever

The temperature rose. The thermometer applied to the pit of the stomach before taking was 26*; 32* after one hour. Thermometer, when taking 34*; it fell 8*, after an hour,.

Born in 1837in Westminster, Vermont. . He was an orthodox doctor who converted to homeopathy
Dr. Allen compiled the Encyclopedia of Pure Materia Medica over the course of 10 years.
In 1881 Allen published A Critical Revision of the Encyclopedia of Pure Materia Medica.
