In the U.S., the government has been telling people that a successful vaccine will soon be developed (Plan A). They’re implying it will end the pandemic and allow life to go on as usual. Is it true?
Most people assume that a vaccine would prevent people from contracting the virus, thus averting terrible suffering and death. However, William A. Haseltine, scientist and former professor at Harvard Medical School, disagrees with this conclusion. In the Sep 23, 2020 issue of Forbes Magazine he does a critique of the current covid-19 vaccine trials in the U.S.
He states that to get FDA approval the vaccines only need to demonstrate a difference in the severity of symptoms between the vaccinated and unvaccinated. The vaccine protocols from Moderna, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca are not required to prevent serious disease, but only prevent moderate symptoms like cough or headache. He goes on to say: “These protocols do not emphasize the most important ramifications of Covid-19 that people are most interested in preventing: overall infection, hospitalization, and death”
In other words, the criteria for a “successful” vaccine are much lower than we expected. What’s more, to get FDA approval a covid-19 vaccine would only have to prevent disease or decrease its severity in 50% of people who are vaccinated.
How reliable will the results of the vaccine tests be? Haseltine also found that the protocols’ interim and primary analyses will include no more than 164 participants!
Further, whatever immunity is conveyed by the vaccine may not last. Researchers at King’s College London discovered that antibodies found in survivors of covid-19 had disappeared within two months. Vaccine acquired immunity normally doesn’t last as long as naturally acquired immunity.
Lastly, the head of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated that there is no guarantee any vaccine in development for the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) will work.
While there are some experimental drugs being tested now, none have yet proven curative. Dexamethasone reduced deaths for people on ventilators about 30% and 20% for people who needed supplemental oxygen. It comes with the potential for life threatening anaphylaxis. Remdesivir isn’t approved to treat COVID-19. It’s given intravenously usually for ten days. Side effects include hypokalemia, hypoalbuminemia, respiratory failure and septic shock.
All of this brings us to Plan B. Barring a useful vaccine, it is critical that we have an effective treatment. There is one medical science that has already proven successful in treating covid-19, and without chemical side effects. Homeopaths from around the world have been reporting on their cured cases. The American Institute of Homeopathy recently launched a comprehensive database of COVID-19 Cases
Homeopath Denise Straiges formed the Homeopathy Help Now Task Force. This group is sharing cured COVID cases from around the world. Homeopath Andre Saine is also reporting on homeopathically cured cases from various countries. You can watch one of Andre’s webinars on covid-19.
This journal, Homeopathy for Everyone, has been publishing cured covid cases for some months now. The September 2020 issue included 20 cases from Dr. Gyandas Wadhwani and cases from several other authors. You can find other covid cases by typing “covid” into our search bar.
If you need to convince a genuine skeptic about the validity of homeopathy, send them this link to a Compendium of Homeopathic Research from Americans for Homeopathy Choice. For success against epidemics, point out Andre Saine’s article on page 53: Epidemic Infectious Diseases, Public Health and Homeopathy
While homeopathy has been successful in treating serious covid cases, it has especially shown its ability to treat early cases, preventing them from ever developing serious symptoms. The world needs a Plan B right now. It’s time for governments to support homeopathy as a first line treatment.
