The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 exempted pharmaceutical companies from liability for vaccine injuries. Maintaining vaccine safety then became the job of the Health and Human Services Department (HHS). Recently the Informed Consent Action Network and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won a lawsuit against the government when they proved that HHS hadn’t filed any vaccine safety reports in the last 30 years.
Meanwhile, as of 2018, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has awarded over $4 billion dollars for children and adults who have died or suffered catastrophic injuries from vaccines.
Lastly, the vaccine package inserts for doctors, lists numerous crippling and fatal injuries as possible side effects. For the MMR vaccine alone, the company lists, pancreatitis, anaphylaxis, acute hemorrhagic edema, pneumonia, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (fatal progressive brain disorder), aseptic meningitis and death, among others.
In spite of that, the moment you walk into a doctor’s office they demand to know whether your child has had all the required vaccines. (71 doses are now the requirement in the U.S.).
Why are so many doctors, who should know better, aggressively pushing vaccines? What shaped their mindset? Part of the answer has to do with what happens in medical school. In a research paper titled – The Pharmaceutical Industry’s Role in U.S. Medical Education1 The authors found that medical students are “barraged” with pharmaceutical industry advertising and gifts (free meals, textbooks, drug samples etc.” And…
“As medical students are increasingly subjected to pharmaceutical marketing…..their skepticism towards the practices of the pharmaceutical industry gradually diminishes.” And…
“Multiple studies report a relationship between exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and positive attitudes about industry interactions. As students’ exposure to the pharmaceutical industry increases, their ability to determine industry bias decreases.”
Once out of medical school, doctors meet with pharmaceutical representatives an average of four times a month. Then Pharma influence becomes even stronger. A research paper in JAMA found that: “In 2015, 449 864 U.S. physicians (approximately 48%) were reported to have received a total of $2.4 billion in industry-related payments”. That included, “general payments (including consulting fees and food and beverage), ownership interests (including stock options, partnership shares), royalty or license payments, and research payments.”2
And then there are the vaccine bonuses. In the U.S., vaccine bonuses amount to $400 for each fully vaccinated child. That alone can earn a typical medical practice an extra $40,000 – $80,000 a year. Adding to the incentive is the rule (under Blue Cross Blue Shield) that pediatricians must vaccinate 63% of the patients or they lose the entire bonus.3
I don’t believe they think, “I’ll administer these toxic vaccines to make more money.” Rather, the financial incentives insidiously help rationalize giving the vaccines, in spite of the danger and warnings.
All over the country, the pharmaceutical cartel is pushing legislatures to enact mandatory vaccine laws, and parents are in a panic. How do they protect their children? They’re told to trust an industry that has been fined repeatedly for lying.
Doctors are well positioned to stop this onslaught of toxic vaccines, by refusing to push vaccines and by joining the chorus of parents demanding safe medical treatments. Doctors who aggressively promote dangerous vaccines have lost their way. They need to return to their original good intentions. They need to join the burgeoning group of honest physicians who are providing vaccine exemptions to desperate parents. It’s the only way to save the next generation.
