This is homeopathy as it should be practiced. Dr. Pawaskar demonstrates the knowledge and discipline as well as dedication to craft that all students of homeopathy should strive to emulate.

From Editorial – France Falls to Pharma – Alan V. Schmukler

Alan, what a horrifying editorial! Big Pharma is no joke! Boiron losing half its income? Yikes! The holistic health movement needs to radicalize, like the ’60’s, and get out there and march! I wish the Royal Family would start making some noise!

This is such an excellent article and SO needed. There is an extreme amount of bias among most practitioners, no matter how well meaning. And the lack of curiosity is very prevalent. Thank you for sharing your story and the recommendations… just think how many lives could be changed/ saved if doctors and practitioners did these.

Dr. Acosta,
Your well written article was read and enjoyed in one sitting. You have such an excellent way of putting things in their prospective. I’m an ardent supporter of homeopathy and have many real-life stories to tell as to how seriously ill patients have recovered from a single remedy and the results were astounding to both, the patient and the practitioner alike.

Syed A. Ashraf

Great article, Judith, I’m just sorry you had to go through so much, so many doctors and hospitals before getting any results; it’s horrifying to think about. Imagine that only one doctor knew what was wrong with you! The Mayo Clinic didn’t even know! (Antidepressants, OMG!) Well, this is what comes of being a dog owner; as a matter of fact, I can recall two cats charging down the hall once and knocking me right off my feet as I was holding a pitcher of orange juice! Anyway, your article was very well-written and easy to read. Thank you for sharing.

I am excited to know the kind of people the mother land has produced. Born uin India, going to foreign countries without knowing their languages and managed to spread Homeopathy. I pray for Mohinder Singh Jas that God may bless his soul in peace.

From: Acute Vertigo in a Man of 52  – Dr. Rajiv Peres

Hi Dr. Peres,
You picked out very particular symptoms to repertorise. Other prescribers might have repertorised using some of the other symptoms as well. Why did you pick just those 4 symptoms? Also, why did you use Kent’s repertory?

Karina Kelly

Dear Karina Kelly,
I have taken into account one physical general, one mental general and two physical particulars. These symptoms were the highlights of the case. Common symptoms and pathology do not help us much in individualizing the case. In aphorism No 153 Dr Hahnemann asks us to pay attention to Peculiar symptoms. Hence Ihave chosen the rare unexplainable symptoms into consideration. It is my habit to always consult Kent’s repertory first and if I don’t get any further, then I look into other repertories as well. Does this resolve your query?

Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome (CVS) in a Boy of 12 – J. Michael Xavier

Great way of taking a case and use of Mac Reference works. I was struggling with a case of aversion to eat food, sleeplessness, alcoholism and fear to go out, delusion die about to, talking to dead people, Bathing aversion, depression. Was working this case for long and could not find a remedy. Finally came to the remedy Culex-pervigilans, which is not in reference works. Had to use the Animal chart by the Joshis’ Map Of Invertebrates.. So I find that homeopaths have to be versatile with many other systems to come to a remedy.
