Homeopathy Repertory

The Repertory – Our Tool? – Part III

The authors give further examples of how the repertories are replete with errors. They urge us to go back to the source books.

The quality of work often depends on the fineness of the tools that an artist uses. The same is true as a homoeopath starts sketching the portrait of disease. The most important tool is the repertory, the one tool that guides him on his way in search for the simillimum.

As years have passed there has been more and more added into this direction pointing instrument, thus nearly making it blunt. We add, but in the first place do we check our sources? An instrument, especially a useful instrument, is supposed to aid our efficiency to work, so that it reaches its ultimate culmination in a simillimum. But what if the instrument is faulty? What if the instrument is not meticulously crafted?

Next in the series of remedies we share with you Aconite. Now how accurate is our tool, our repertory!

Summary:

Andrew Carnegie said, “There are two types of people who will never achieve much in life. One, the person who won’t do what he or she is told to do; the other, who does no more than what he or she is told to do.”

It has taken us many years to correct and make these additions from the source books into each and every remedy under the chapter Dream in our repertory. The work was tedious but the reward enormous! It revealed to us the basic language in which dreams are encoded and the meaning behind their symbolism.

If one desires to do, one doesn’t need to be told … for the prescription of success is to give your very best and a little more in everything you do … This is our little more!
