In this issue of Homeopathy for Everyone, we focus on the ongoing controversy and try to provide an objective analysis of the meta-analysis and the editorial published in The Lancet from a homeopathic standpoint.
..every one of us has had a patient where we have tried everything, taken a perfect case, given a remedy we were sure would help and nothing helped. Feel encouraged that with a little bit of creativity, and flexibility, often a remedy can still be found.
In its August 27 issue, The Lancet published a meta-analysis which contends that homeopathic remedies are no better than placebo. A lot of debate and many discussions have followed without going into the full details of the meta-analysis and the editorial. This paper tries to review the meta-analysis and the editorial from the homeopathic stand point.
The appearance and colour of our nails not only reflects the status of our health but can give valuable information about the underlying disease condition and as a homeopath, it can also help us in selecting the most appropriate homeopathic remedy.
