Africa Malaria Prevention Project
This year, the Amma Resonance Healing Foundation is celebrating its 15th anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with the possibility of preventing malaria for at least 150,000 children!
It costs only 10 cents per child per year, so at least €15,000.- is needed. Last year the African volunteers reached 500,000 children and adults. For this year they are aiming at 150,000 more. At least, as there are still many more children ARHF would love to offer a happy and healthy life.

Coronavirus subvariants escape antibodies from vaccination and prior Omicron infection

(CNN) Omicron subvariants BA.4 and BA.5 appear to escape antibody responses among both people who had previous Covid-19 infection and those who have been fully vaccinated and boosted, according to new data from researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, of Harvard Medical School.
NHS Head Warns of Over Prescribing Drugs
Professor Sir Stephen Powis, the NHS medical director in the UK, said doctors must stop giving “a pill for every ill” as it leaves millions of patients hooked on drugs they don’t need. He said that 10% of all GP prescriptions are unnecessary, meaning about 114 million drugs are dispensed needlessly each year at a cost to the NHS of nearly £1 billion. He added that thousands end up in the hospital from the harmful side effects of medicines.
Covid Vaccine for Infants
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized Pfizer’s three-dose vaccine for children 6 months to 4 years old, and Moderna’s two-dose vaccine for children 6 months to 5 years old.

Ipecacuanha is a first-class remedy in gastric catarrhs caused by chilling the stomach with ice-water or by eating pastry. Usually, the tongue is clean.
Abies nigra has been successfully used in gastric troubles when the patient experiences after eating, a sensation as of a hard-boiled egg in the stomach.
Petroleum has been used in sprains of joints, especially in old rheumatic patients. It is particularly indicated in rheumatism, when the knees are stiff associated with sharp sticking pains in them and with stiffness of the neck and cracking sounds when moving the head.
Phellandrium aquaticum is an excellent remedy in the last stages of phthisis when the expectoration is terribly offensive.
Manganum is an excellent remedy in rheumatic patients when the heels are affected and the patient cannot bear any weight on the heels.
In tonsillitis, Silicea is indicated when the tonsils have suppurated and discharged and refuse to heal. Especially is it indicated when this condition occurs in rachitic children.
Chronic Rhus poisoning finds its best remedy in Graphites.
Iodide of Potassium is to be here thought in pneumonia, when hepatization has commenced, when the disease localizes itself, and infiltration begins.
Ambra grisea has marked numbness of the skin. Various parts of the body go to sleep readily. Even the scrotum and penis feel numb. In company they are easily embarrassed and speak and act hastily. They are driven by nervousness to an impetuous desire to talk.
Arsenicum is to be thought of for the effects of over-exertion, particularly if that exertion consists in climbing mountains. Here you have the effects of breathing rarefied air as well as those of the exertion.
A peculiarity of Rhus is that prominent projections of bones are sore to the touch, as, for example, the cheek-bones. This shows you that Rhus affects the periosteum.
In carbuncle, another form of connective tissue inflammation, Rhus is indicated in the beginning, when the pains are intense and the affected parts are dark red. If given early, Rhus may abort the whole trouble.
Arnica, has use in whooping-cough. It is indicated in children who have a violent tickling cough, which seems to be excited whenever the child becomes angry. The child loses its breath when it cries. The expectoration is frothy, slimy, and always mixed with blood.
Colchicum – In valvular heart disease or pericarditis following rheumatism, it is indicated by violent cutting and stinging pains in the chest, particularly about the heart, with great oppression and dyspnoea. There is also the sensation as if the chest were being squeezed by a tight bandage
Veratrum is to be thought of when after fright, there is great coldness of the body with diarrhoea. Gelsemium also has diarrhoea after fright. Under Veratrum, it is associated with coldness and prostration.
Cocculus is indicated by a colic in which the pain is as if there were sharp stones rubbing against each other in the abdomen. There is often excessive distension of the abdomen from accumulation of flatus. The colic is especially liable to come on at midnight and awaken the patient.
We find Opium sometimes indicated in spasms, especially when they occur as the immediate result of fright or anger. The spasm is ushered in with a loud shriek. There is foaming at the mouth, the face becomes dark red,.
Melilotus produces a most violent cerebral congestion with headache, which drives the patient almost frantic. It really seems to the patient that the brain would burst through the forehead. The throbbing pain is almost as violent as it is under Glonoin

Some Indications for Fluoric acid
Ulcers in the Month— Next to Nitric acid, we have found this the very best remedy for all ulcerations about the mouth and throat, if very painful. Much tenacious saliva in the mouth.
Dr. T. F. Allen mentions the following symptom of Fluoric acid : A cold wind seems blowing under the lids, even in a warm room. She must bind the eye with a cloth to protect it.
Alopecia, with congestion of blood to the head, suggests this remedy. The new hair is dry, and breaks off.
Syphilitic Ulcerations of Mouth and Throat. —Fluoric acid is beneficial after the failure of Nitric acid or Silicea. Patient is ill-humored fault-finding, and has imaginary fears. The sexual desire is much increased.
Some Indications for Glonoine
Loses his way in the known streets. Dullness, stupidity, emptiness and somnolence. Can’t bear any heat about the head. Aphasia.
In facial neuralgia it is beneficial when there is congestion of the brain and eyes, with ringing in the ears. Particularly useful during pregnancy, or menstrual irregularities.
Odontalgia — Glonoine is valuable when the result of cold, or when the pain continues a long time, with sudden aggravations. Beating and drawing in all the teeth, with headache.

Covid-19
A new peer-reviewed study shows two doses of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine yield negative protection against symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection, while previous infection without vaccination offers about 50% immunity.
The findings, published June 15 in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) analyzed information from more than 100,000 Omicron-infected and non-infected residents in Qatar from Dec. 23, 2021, through Feb. 21, 2022.
Researchers found those who had a prior infection but had not been vaccinated had 46.1% and 50% immunity against the BA.1 and BA.2 Omicron subvariants more than 300 days after the previous infection.
People who had two doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, but had not been previously infected, had negative immunity against the BA.1 and BA.2 Omicron subvariants
