Some Tips from James Tyler Kent- M.D.
Asa foetida
In this constitution we have ulcerations; a little place will ulcerate and suppurate, and the ulceration will burrow; this is just what this remedy does. Fat, flabby persons, extremely nervous, extremely sensitive to pain, full of hysteria.
Aurum metallicum
Aurum produces such affections of the liver as are associated with cardiac affections, endocarditis, dropsy of the heart and rheumatic affections that have gone to the heart. At times it is a cardiac affection, with marked oppression behind the sternum with dyspnoea on walking fast or going upstairs.
Bufo
Lack of development is found in Bufo and in Baryta carb.; they are related to each other in that the child-like state remains while the body grows. We see in these medicines the fear and simplicity that belongs to the child; always sickly, deficient, never reaching adult fullness or growth, always a child.
Arnica
Offensiveness is a feature of Arnica; there is offensiveness of the eructations, and the flatus. The stool is horribly offensive.
Also, retention of urine from exertion, from overwork, from injury, from concussion of the brain, from some violent accident. The urine is brown, or inky, dark.
Cicuta virosa
Between the convulsions the Cicuta patient is mild, gentle, placid and yielding, which distinguishes it from Strych. and Nux v.
Appendicitis
You do not need to run for the surgeon for every case of appendicitis if you know Bryonia, Rhus tox., Belladonna, Arnica and similar remedies. The homoeopathic remedy will cure these cases, and, if you know it, you need never run after the surgeon in appendicitis except in recurrent attacks.
Clematis Erecta
One almost constant mental state is that he fears to be alone, yet dreads company. He dreads the necessity of having company, and it seems that the atmosphere is full of frightful and distressing things to worry him.
Sulphuricum Acidum
Chronic heart burn. Sour belching. Sour vomiting. The teeth are always on edge from sour eructations. Sour vomiting during pregnancy. Vomiting of drunkards in the morning.
Cocculus
Limbs straightened out and held there for a while are painful when flexed. The doctor bends the limbs and she screams, but she is relieved after the bending, and then she can get up and move about.
Coffea
Fainting from sudden emotions. Hysteria, nervousness, pitiful weeping from pain, trembling and weeping from hurt feelings, the slightest neglect.
Staphysagria
Staphysagria suits all three of the miasms. Glands of the neck enlarge; enlarged and indurated ovaries and testes; stitching, tearing pains in the glands everywhere. Hardness and chronic induration.
Cistus Canadensis
These patients crave pungent things, and especially want something to warm them up, something to build them up, something stimulating, herring, cheese; something strong.
Stramonium
Violent convulsions involving every muscle of the body, opisthotonos, violent distortions, contraction of the limbs, biting of the tongue and bleeding from the passages. During spasms, covered with cold sweat.
Thuja
The general appearance of the Thuja subject, if he has a characteristic picture, is that of a waxy, shiny face, it looks as if he had been smeared over with grease.

Some Tips from The Indian Homeopathic Review – 1913
Rhus Tox: Multiplied experience has taught me that Rhus is the most efficacious and the specific remedy for the frequently fatal effects of over-lifting.
Rhus Tox: Its power over suppurative inflammations of connective tissue makes it the chief remedy for orbital cellulitis. Allen and Norton praise it in ophthalmia neonatorum and suppuration of the cornea, and say “the- grandest sphere of its action is to be found in suppurative iritis.
Natrum sulph is a great remedy for suicidal purposes. He is in constant need of restraint lest he will do himself bodily harm. They dread music, for music makes them melancholy and suicidal. This insanity is to be traced to a jar or a knock on the head or a fall or to some sort of injury about the brain.
Bovista is a great remedy for menstrual irregularity. The blood shows itself between the periods and the distinctive point is that the flow is mostly during night and towards morning when she is lying down. The menstrual discharge is always ushered in with diarrhoea.
Caulophyllum Extremely rigid os, severe spasmodic pains without progress. Pains irregular and cause great exhaustion. Spasmodic pains flying from one place to another. It is a great remedy for false labor pains.

On Monday, Judge Jon S. Tigar of the Northern District of California denied Boiron Inc.’s motion to dismiss a putative class action over alleged false advertising of the quality and efficacy of its “Arnicare” pain relief products.
The plaintiffs argued that the key ingredient, Arnica montana, “does not provide pain relief, and is not effective in the treatment or improvement of pain” according to “numerous” scientific studies. The litigants also disputed the effectiveness of “homeopathic medicine,” which the pleading said bucked scientific consensus.

100+ Species at Risk of Extinction from New Insecticide, EPA Says
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released a draft biological evaluation on Tuesday showing that the bee-killing insecticide sulfoxaflor is potentially putting 24 species of insects in jeopardy of extinction. The pesticide is also potentially jeopardizing the ongoing existence of 94 plant species that depend on insect pollinators.

New Jab Associated with Heart Problems
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) recommended adding a warning for two types of heart inflammation to Novavax’s COVID-19 vaccine, marketed under the brand names Nuvaxovid and Covovax. The Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee responsible for assessing and monitoring the safety of human medicines — concluded that “myocarditis and pericarditis can occur following vaccination with Nuvaxovid.”
Can Bufo Cure Depression?
Judge Jon Tigar, California, is allowing a class action lawsuit to proceed against Boiron, claiming Arnica doesn’t provide pain relief. Shame on the plaintiffs, their attorneys and the judge. I was unable to find Judge Tigar on Facebook to complain but did manage to find the attorneys’ page and left a nasty comment. I hope others will consider doing the same.
