Soursop is the fruit of Annona muricata, a broadleaf, flowering, evergreen tree native to South America. It produces a large, heart-shaped, edible fruit that is 15–20 cm in diameter, is yellow-green in color, and has white flesh inside. Graviola is indigenous to most of the warmest tropical areas in South and North America, including the Amazon. The fruit is sold in local markets in the tropics, where it is called guanábana in Spanish-speaking countries and graviola in Brazil. • My mother has been a diabetic patient since last 20 years. Since last three years she is taking graviola.
Since last one year her blood sugar levels never croses 150 after meals. And morning sugar level never croses 110.

    • How often does she take it and what dose? Is it the leaves, the fruit or a combo? Thanks. I’m an herbalist in the US and people ask about this all the time.
