Editor’s Note: The American Medical College of Homeopathy (AMCH) is conducting another patient survey. Below is the information about this. If you are a homeopathy patient you can take part in this. If you are a practitioner, please forward this to patients who might want to participate.

Dear Homeopathic Patient,
In 2007, the American Medical College of Homeopathy conducted a National Survey of Patients using Homeopathy regarding their overall experience with this treatment. It was a very useful exercise and the homeopathic community gained invaluable insight into many areas. Among these are conditions for which patients seek help through Homeopathy, their satisfaction with the extent of relief obtained, the accessibility of Homeopaths and the affordable cost of healthcare when using Homeopathy.
We are aiming to repeat this exercise as the North American Homeopathic Patient Survey in 2014. We are hoping to receive extensive patient participation which will help us strengthen and promote Homeopathy. The survey will be open from January 1st, 2014 to March 31st, 2014.
The survey has 40 questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete. It is available online on Survey Monkey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/7H5Z5SK.
Please note that responses to the survey are anonymous.
We would be extremely grateful if you would spend a few minutes completing this survey. If you have trouble with the online link, please be sure to let us know and we will send you a paper version (research@AMCofH.org).
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Todd Rowe Manna Semby
President AMCH Research Project Coordinator
