In 2006, I started the “Stop Chemtrails and Weather Manipulation Now” citizen initiative. In October 2021, we reached the required 40,000 signatures to present it to the House of Representatives of the Netherlands. Initially to the Committee on Petitions and Citizens’ Initiatives.
On March 22 between 13.45 and 14.00 we are going to offer it to the Committee on Petitions and Citizens’ Initiatives of the House of Representatives. Then it will go through some more procedures before we can start advocating the Citizens’ Initiative in the House of Representatives.
This Dutch initiative has worldwide importance and impact, because geo-engineering is a worldwide operation.
When I heard about it in 2006, I was not surprised; I had noticed the changed skies for some time. At first there was only a paper version of the Citizens’ Initiative, of which we collected 1200 signatures by then. Later when the signatures could also be collected digitally, we collected 43,000 signatures so far via petitions.nl.
So a total of 44,200. It may sound like a long time, but this time was apparently needed so that people became more aware of what is going on. It is as it is, but I am super happy that we can finally offer it and that the House of Representatives now cannot ignore it.
In these 16 years, I and colleagues have collected many pages of sources through research. We have also compiled a list of 35 experts and people involved who can be heard. Many studies and books have been written worldwide and several scientists have investigated the total picture and/or subareas. There have also been several hearings and conferences about it and the Netherlands signed the ENOD UN Convention in 1983.
Since 2006 it has been pushed into the conspiracy corner by the media and we have been called out for ‘aluminum hat’ and ‘wappy’. Since then, despite many requests and emails, the Parliament has never given it serious attention or asked questions about it.
Serious attention and action could have prevented much pollution and disease. There are many sources, including military, that acknowledge that Weather Modification and manipulation has been going on for decades. With this Citizens Initiative we ask for nothing more or less than the truth and an immediate cessation of all activities (Chemtrails/Weather manipulation), in any case above Dutch territory and above the Leeward and Windward Islands. And we ask for a Parliamentary Inquiry so that the politicians, scientists, (civilian) researchers and military personnel involved can be heard under oath.
At the plenary, we will give an extensive presentation and share our many sources. The offering will be on March 22, 2022 between 13:45 and 14:00 and afterwards there will be time for questions from the media in the States Hall of the House of Representatives. The address is Irenepad 1. The Hague.
This has been difficult for me to accept as going on, this weather manipulation. What are some especially good sources of information to help me understand and give credence to such claims. With all respect,

Tim, what can’t you accept? Haven’t you ever seen them? There right there for everyone to see. I saw them just this afternoon as I left my house for shopping. They’re all over the place, every country of the world, it seems. Why? They’re not clouds. So what are they? Since they’re man-made, they’re obviously chemicals and, as such, have no place in the sky. Don’t you want to know who’s doing this and why? For what reason? Why is this constantly going on day after day, year after year? And P.S., who said it’s “weather manipulation”? I don’t see any change of weather taking place. This activity is being done every day, not just during storms or hurricanes, but every day! So, I need a much better answer than “weather”; what weather was manipulated, and when?

Previously there were numerous videos on Youtube about this, including some local gov’t hearings, but they have all been purged and replaced by videos ridiculing the idea of chemtrails. If you examine the sky when this is going on you’ll see that these trails last a long, long time, whereas contrails from other aircraft dissipate within minutes. There’s a lot more, but you’ll have to search the internet.

The picture shows contrails – a common sight once flight was achievable over about 18,000 feet, It affects both piston and jet engines. Simply put, when carbohydrates are burnt, the hydrogen combines with oxygen and creates water. As oxygen weighs 8 times more than hydrogen, for every ton of fuel burned at least a ton of water is created. When released into the upper atmosphere it condenses, hence the term contrail. It does affect weather – despite all the fuss about 400ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere, it is readily admitted that 95% of the greenhouse effect is caused by water vapour. Anyone who has jet travelled will be well aware that most clouds do not rise above around 22000 feet. The affect of dumping 45 million gallons of water per day in the stratosphere is more likely to be the cause of global warming than CO2.

Contrails don’t last for 2-3 days, become diffuse and then cover the sky like a blanket. They also don’t consist of particles of Aluminum and Barium. I’m quite familiar with contrails and they are quite different from what we’re witnessing now.
Alan, you are right, it’s hard to believe that these neat, streamlined trails spread out to cover vast surfaces. You think, “Gee, it’s a cloudy day.” No, actually, the sky is clear–except for this artificial film or haze. I live near the airport, I’m so familiar with planes. They don’t create this spectacle. Also, the chem trail planes are up so much higher in the air than ordinary planes, they’re like little dots in the sky, yet their trails are HUGE; also if you watch the trajectory of these “planes”, they’re going no where! No discernable direction, some are going straight up! There are usually many out at once. You say, “There goes one now. Oh look, there’s another one! There’s one over there too!”
Please stop lying. No human sees what’s going on and blatantly lies to the others unless they’re in on it.
