There are many medicines in homeopathy which cover the symptoms of lactose intolerance. But which medicine will work for a particular patient cannot be said without a proper case taking. That will require detail medical history and lots of other information. This should ideally be done by a qualified homeopath. But one thing I can say is that since the lactose intolerance has not been present since birth and has appeared only in teens, it has a better prognosis.
I think Homeopathy has a lot to offer to this 20 yr old man and he has a lot to gain from Homeopathy. But for things to work properly a detailed case analysis by a homeopath would be required.
